Over dit restaurant

Juweeltje in de wijk
Charmant
Geweldig voor ambachtelijke bieren

B Side is our neighborhood spot in the heart of the Mosaic District — a laid-back joint that hits all the right notes. Think insanely good food crafted with care, a deep bench of wines and beers, top-notch cocktails mixed by pros, and a soundtrack spun straight from the turntable. No pretense — just good vibes, great people, and a killer menu.

The Smashburger is one of the best hamburgers Ive had. And the fries! All perfectly cooked and devoured by both me and my guest. I dont know what they do or where they get the hamburger meat but it just tastes real. The fries are cooked in beef fat which makes them perfectly crisp. The beer collection is impressive and comes in two sizes. The music is almost too loud. The service needs a brush-up. Nice and friendly. But I asked for a pepper grinder - first one was empty and the second so covered in sticky gunk I had to wash my hands. The table wobbled and that took way too long to get fixed. I'll go again, tho.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you so much for the review and for highlighting our Smashburger and Beef Fat Fries! We love hearing that you and your guest enjoyed them and appreciated the quality of our meat. We also appreciate you calling out the areas where we missed the mark. Loud music can definitely impact a meal, and there is no excuse for a sticky or empty pepper grinder. We are addressing these service details and maintenance touches with our team right away to ensure things are dialed in for your next visit. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at: (571) 478-4292 to discuss your experience a bit more. Thank you again, we look forward to welcoming you back for a much more improved all-around experience! Best regards, Sebastian Fernandez General Manager

Sat at the bar. Al, the bartender had excellent recommendations from the old-fashioned to the burger to the salad. She was very helpful. Had a great time.

Our server was spectacular! He was a bit busy when we first sat, but clearly communicated he would be with us shortly. The ricotta gnocchi was amazing!!

Hi Shiloh, Thank you so much for such an amazing review! We are so glad you loved the ricotta gnocchi as it is definitely a team favorite, especially with the couple of vegetarians we have here who gave it the stamp of approval! We will also be sure to pass along your kind words to your server as they will truly mean the world to him. Great communication makes all the difference when it's busy, and we are thrilled he took such great care of you. We can't wait to have you back again for another amazing experience! B Side has been around for over 12 years I believe and we went here for the first time last night. It's probably the best restaurant in Mosaic. The bar service, food, and table service were all excellent. The Old Fashion and Moscow Mule drinks were spot on and our small plates, large plates and dessert plates were all good. The wine menu was spot on and a very nice varietals and regions to pick from. Most importantly, the our server for both at the bar and at the table was most pleasant and professional, which is the star at for this restaurant. Highly recommended.
