  Do you love vodka &/or cocktails? Do you want to learn how to shake or stir in style, and have a great deal of fun whilst doing so? If yes, then this is the class for you. Our head barman, would love to teach you the history of the spirits, why some are better than others and how to make them. If you wish groups are split into two to compete for the best cocktails made, meaning you get the chance to test out newly acquired skills by sampling the range of drinks that you've created (yes hard life!!) and each person from the winning team will receive a free vodka shot each. At the end of it all you take home great bartending skills to entertain your own guests whenever you like. Learn fascinating facts about vodka; Learn about ingredients and techniques used; All ingredients used will be easily accessible so that you can enjoy impressing friends at home; Group can be split into 2 to compete for the best cocktails

Vodkas

We serve over 60 varieties of vodka all served straight from the deep freeze in frozen glasses. Our own flavoured vodkas are made using fresh fruit and spices and are left to mature in large glass flagons. Vodka are served by the glass, small carafe (10cl) of 4 shots each – great for an aperitif – and large carafes of 25cl and 50cl

  Unbelievably, this is made from the same grape used to produce neutral Pinot Grigio. In this incarnation it is thankfully far more interesting, with an earthy, foie grass nose it is fresh and lively with a firm core of acidity

• Menetou Salon Cuvée des Morogues 2014 Henri Pelle£ 43,00

  Who needs Sancerre when you can drink Menetou -Salon this good! Sauvignon Blanc planted on limestone soils and located 30 minute's drive West of Sancerre

  Alessandro Princic rarely feels the need to export as the quality of his wines are well known in Italy. This is fabulous Pinot Blanc with with lovely soft fruit tones but also with great structure and complexity

• Pouilly Fuisse 2012 Domaine Sermage£ 55,00

  This is a really top class Fuisse from a small producer and shipped directly from France. A lean and flinty Chardonnay, lightly oaked but with depth and complexity

• Meursault Limozin 2009 Alain Coche£ 56,00

  Elegant with notes of white peach & almonds on the nose that compliment the rich, generous fruit. Very fine

• Greco di Tufo, 2013 Joaquin, Campania£ 65,00

  There are white burgundies on the market at twice the price, yet half the complexity and depth, of this spectacular, full-bodied Italian

• Condrieu 2012 Domaine Pierre Gaillard£ 67,00

  The king and Queen of Rhone whites – 100% Viognier but not as you would normally find it. The fragrance here mingling exotic floral notes with delicate nutty oak in an opulent, jasmine-infused, peachy wine which is shot through with such finely chiselled acidity that the alcohol and freshness are beautifully balanced

• Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Folatières 2013 Bachelet – Monnot£ 84,00

  A wonderfully drop of Puligny from one of the village's top estates – typical Chardonnay from this vineyard, all white flowers and minerality

  Superb Corton with wonderful rich fruit & classic nutty character. It has a lovely thick texture & great length

  Delicious easy drinking rosé with lovely soft fruit on the palate

• Feteasca Neagra 2012 Romania£ 25,00

  Romania is reemerging as a serious wine producer and this amazing value red shows how far they have come already. Made from indigenous grape varieties it has depth, body, spice and balance combining to make really good medium bodied wine

• Quinta de Val da Figueira 2008 Douro Portugal£ 36,50

  Intensity of Fruit, great balance a long and complex after-taste make this a really very good Douro

• Cannonau Sartiu 2012 Giuseppe Sedilesu, Sardinia£ 42,00

  Made from 100% Cannonau ( a local Grenache varietal) Good weight and great length. Lovely black cherry, fig, clove, leather and licorice alongside firm tannins

• Faugeres 2014 Clos Fantine Famile Andrieu£ 44,00

  Lovely Faugeres; Mouvedres, Carignan, Syrah blend. The fruit is meaty with game-and-gravy flavours and lots of garrigue notes of bay and roasted thyme and there is pronounced bonfire smokiness on the finish

• Blaufrankisch 2012 Muhr-Van der Niepoort, Carnuntum, Austria£ 45,00

  A great example of this increasingly popular wine. It displays typical earthy-mineral spice with a hint of white pepper, underlined with some rich dark fruits

• Rasteau 'Prestige' 2013 Charavin£ 46,00

  Rasteau is one of the under-appreciated villages on the Rhone, producing great wines and Charavin is the master. Dark cherry-red in colour with an expressive nose of redcurrants and coffee beans with a touch of spice, developing well in the glass to reveal flavours of plums and wild red fruits. The tannins are round and the finish is savoury and meaty

• Saumur Champigny Vieilles Vignes 2014 Filliatreau£ 52,00

  This is a stunning Cabernet Franc from the Loire – a rich and powerful wine displaying herbaceous aromas. It has a wonderful core of ripe cassis flavours and a fine structure of tannins

• Bandol Rouge 2011 Domaine Terrebrune£ 53,00
