Based in Los Alamos, CA, Bell’s is a French-inspired bistro from Per Se alums Daisy and Greg Ryan. Earning one Michelin Star since 2021 as well as Food & Wine Best New Chef, and Esquire’s Best New Restaurants and multiple James Beard nominations for Best Chef California and Outstanding Restauranteurs. Bell's is a reimagined bistro fare with eclectic wine selections from independent local producers and select European estates.

LUNCH is served from 11:00am - 3:00pm, Thurs - Mon.
Walk-ins welcomed.

PRIX FIXE DINNER is reservation only, from 5:00 - 8:30pm, Thursday - Monday.
Dinner is $125/person, menu price does not include SERVICE FEE AND TAX.

On Thursdays, we offer our L'EXPRESS DINNER MENU an abbreviated menu (salad and bread course, choice of entree, choice of dessert) for $75/pp - both menus will be offered those nights so no need to make a note, just book as you normally would.

On Monday evenings all wines over $60 are half price!

Van de OpenTable-redactie: Daisy en Greg Ryan ontmoetten elkaar bij Per Se, en dat vakmanschap proef je terug in hun Frans geïnspireerde restaurant in Los Alamos. Het leverde hen een Michelinster op, en Daisy werd in 2020 door Food & Wine uitgeroepen tot Best New Chef. Overdag staan er bistroklassiekers op het menu; ’s avonds is er een seizoensgebonden vast menu. De witte ruimte met bakstenen muren, koperen pannen en vintage tapijten zorgt voor een huiselijke sfeer. Probeer zeker de steak au poivre met knapperige frietjes en de crêpes met Santa Barbara-zee-egel.

When this restaurant has been on your bucket list 📝 for years, and it actually lives up to the hype 🤯! Visited @bellslosalamos in September, and this meal still lives rent free in my mind 😍. I have no notes for this tasting menu; priced at $110 this tasting menu 🍽️ is so worth it. So next time you’re out in the greater #SantaYnezValley you need to make a reservation here.

We’ve been hearing about Bell’s from our friends and it didn’t disappoint. The food was creative and delicious and the service was amazing and attentive and gracious. It was a wonderful lunch and afternoon in Los Alamos!

What a gem of a spot in a teeny adorable town. We completely enjoyed our tres Franch lunch to kick off my birthday weekend on the central coast. Super friendly and attentive staff, unique menu. Une expérience merveilleuse!

It was a lovely lunch. We took our server's suggestions and were pleased with the selections. Definitely a gourmet experience with items not found on most local menus. Delightful waitstaff.

I celebrated my birthday at Bell's and it was such a perfect evening! The service is always exceptional and every bite was delicious. We truly enjoyed our evening outside in the courtyard. They always go above and beyond making us feel so special. Our server, Raymond, was excellent! We were also so happy to be greeted by other Bell's staff who remembered us from previous visits. Brian helped us choose an excellent bottle of wine and Abigail surprised us and made sure we went home with some of our favorite bread. Their attention to detail makes Bell's an absolute stand out. We try to return every time we come into town. Bell's is a local gem! We try to introduce Bell's to all of our friends and family when we visit. Thank you for everything Bell's! We are always impressed!

We made a last minute reservation for dinner so we got to sit outside. They had personal heaters and we were comfortable during a chilly night. Service was friendly and were very attentive but didn’t hover. The food was good but not outstanding. We have dined other Michelin restaurants and there is usually a wow factor. The salad was under done but the steak was over powered by pepper. The balance was off. We would return.

Always a great experience--friendly and extremely gracious and competent staff, delicious and elegant food informed by the season and local availability. Wine list is beautifully curated. A+.

We just loved our lunch at Belle’s!! Food was perfect. Egg salad is a must, and the fries!! our server was amazing and so knowledgeable about the area and the local wines. The garden was inviting, just the perfect lunch stop.
