Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it's because of them we're continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts. Welcome to BJ's, a restaurant with a Brewhouse soul.

when paying i used my tap to pay with cash app, and the lady serving us didn't tell us we could use the physical card with cashapp, so we went thru a whole bunch of back in forth until the end when she told us that, i understand the tap not working but she should've have said something asap

The rib eye steak was not tasty. The French fries were soggy. The salad was not fresh. The tri tip was overcooked. We still had a good dinning experience as the server was attentive and personable

Bad experience for Fathers Day. Food, service, sub par, and promotion offered from email with a 20 percent off with a reservation didn’t happen. When I got the bill, the bill said one price and the erode to scan and pay was &42.00 higher? We went there for prime rib and for the 3 time visit there they were out of prime rib! Everytime out of prime rib? It’s Fathers Day, get it together folks.

The service here was terrible. I rarely write reviews, but we went with a party of 7 for our team's fundraiser. In a nutshell, our food came out over the span of 20 minutes, so we did not all eat dinner together, water was refilled once in a two hour period, I ordered 1 alcoholic beverage when we put in the food order, but it never came and we had to go up to the bar to get it ourselves after waiting 20 minutes. Long after we finished our meal, we were offered dessert. It took 30 minutes to arrive - the ice cream was melted on 2 sundaes and 3 of the cookie/pazookies. No water offered with dessert, just a quick drop off/sorry for the delay and the server took off. The restaurant was not that busy after the first 45-60 minutes that we were there, so this service was totally inexcusable. Several other families that also went there for the fundraising event were very disappointed as well.
