Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it's because of them we're continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts. Welcome to BJ's, a restaurant with a Brewhouse soul.

Two soups and salads and a cheeseburger w fries seemed to take a long time to arrive—about a dozen diners at the time. We tried to signal for a wait staff due to a food problem. Finally we kept an arm up in the air because no staff came close enough to the table to hear us calling to them. When our staff arrived we pointed out the long dark hair in the soup. We were asked if we wanted another soup. Then offered an apology. Then told the soup would be deducted from the bill. Later the manager stopped by and asked how things were. When we mentioned the hair in the soup he said I’m sorry. He acted as if he didn’t know he had a customer service issue. Not great customer service.

I had made reservations a week or so before came in with a large family party. Service was beyond horrible. I think they gave us a brand new person who didn’t know the bar, the menu, and was very slow. She also completely messed up our bill. I am a fan of BJ’s so I will be back, but a lot of my family will not be. It was a special occasion for us all to come together and it was not a good experience.

Even with an Open Table reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes. Everything else was great.

Was mostly a good experience. But my salad was forgotten. It kinda put a damper on the whole experience.

I thoroughly enjoy BJ’s. The food is well prepared and delicious. The service is outstanding. I’ve enjoyed the flatbread pizza, jambalaya, and baked ziti. The avocado egg rolls are also fantastic, while the cheese sticks are cheese sticks.

There is something for everyone! We had Prime Rib. It was delicious! We shared pizookies at the end of the meal. Your kids will eat well if you promise this dessert!
