Time counts at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we’ve continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ’s a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ’s to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we’ve put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven’t just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it’s because of them we’re continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts. Welcome to BJ’s, a restaurant with a Brewhouse soul.

In the past always had consistent experience in good food. This time the Seared Ahi Salad had the ahi in chunks instead of slices, which is not the traditional (and more tasty way) of serving this tasty fish. The chunks made it awkward to eat and not as fitting for this dish. If I want chunks I order Poke, but not seared ahi. Also there was visually only very little fish on the plate, in contrast to previous meals or the menu picture. Our server was very sweet and got me some more fish, but it also was cut in chunks.

Thank you for sharing your experience Annette. Sounds like we didn't provide the outstanding service we strive for this time. We'll address this with the staff and make sure it doesn't happen again. We would like to make it up to you. Please swing back by our location and personally share this experience with the manager so we can do right by you.

The salmon entree was delicious and the service was delightful. My party included a child and a disabled senior citizen. Our server was super patient and very helpful. I look forward to going back again.

They were great. We were a little late for a reservation and they said that was fine and they kept our table and they were OK with us adding one more person on that at the end.
