    The food, service, drinks and selection of Tequila was great. To start we had the Bag O’ Chips w/ all the dips, Fried Brussels Sprouts and the Beef Tenderloin Kushiyaki. We also tried a variety of Handhelds “tacos”, Cajun, Baja, Philly, Bao Mi and Ancho Lomo Asado and a Philly Bowl, all good choices. For drinks to start we tried House ‘ Rita pitcher, Prickly Berry Mule and Blood Orange Fizz and these did not dissapoint. We also had a couple shots of Tequila, we tried the Gran Dovejo High Proof Blanco and we couldn’t pass up Fortaleza Reposado which never dissapoints especially for the price. The service was great from the moment we walked in til we left 2.5hrs later. No complaints at all, and would definitely return again.

    We visited Blue Bat for the third time for a late lunch. We had 6 guests and were seated promptly at our reservation time. The food was delicious as always. It was Labor Day so they may have been a little short staffed because service in general seemed slow. Our food runner apologized for the wait and our server also acknowledged it. We were having good family time so there were no issues. We will be back!

    The Blue Bat was horrible! The restaurant was pretty empty yet it took 20 minutes to 30 minutes to get a drink! The waitress with her heart shaped glasses and rainbow hair seemed to be on another planet. Dinner was horrible! Very limited menu for food yet enormous variety of tequila and mezcal. It doesn't do much good when you can't get a drink.

    I really enjoyed my experience at Blue Bat. The staff was kind and attentive, the food tasted great, and the drinks were delicious. My one piece of feedback is I wish the handheld tacos came with more meat. The meat was sparse on all three tacos. All things considered I will definitely be coming back.

    We love Blue Bat! The location along the river is perfect for sitting out and enjoying the food, drink and great people and boat watching. We love their jalapeno margaritas and get them by the pitcher they're so tasty. The fundido is also amazing as are most of the apps we've tried. I can't wait to go back!!

    Had reservations, still was a wait after being seated. Had to get food to go. Liquor was awesome. That deserves 5 stars. The food was terrible. I had a Philly, or at least that's wat I ordered. Did not like there take on it.

    We had a delightful birthday dinner for 6. We especially enjoyed the craft cocktails and apps. Our server was attentive and super personable; his upbeat vibe made everything more fun.     Nothing wrong with the place. Everything was good. The server was newer so she tried hard multi tasking and I’m sure she will get better at it. Would of been 1 star higher but I requested a seat over looking the River for our 9th anniversary, had a reservation over 24hrs in advance , but was put more towards the wall furthest from the river. I didn’t say anything because it was raining pretty good anyway but attention to detail is what makes a good place great.

    Found this on Open Table for lunch on our way to the airport after a long weekend in Milwaukee. Staff was super friendly, outdoor tables on the river provided great atmosphere and the food was unique, interesting and very tasty. Would definitely go back.

    As always, Blue Bat meets and exceeds our expectations. We love getting to Blue Bat by boat so the near by pier parking is a plus! The tuna poke bowl is a must, the falafel appetizer is a staple, and any hand held is delectable. My personal favorite is the shawarma chicken. And of course - always splurge and get the pitcher of Blue Bat margaritas. Worth every dollar! The service was also wonderful. I forgot our servers’ name from last night, but he was very accommodating and helpful to our group of 7.

    Get the Bag O Chips with salsa! We tried the delish fried Brussels sprouts too! Loved the mojo pork & pineapple salad! For beverages we enjoyed spicy margaritas and Paloma’s! Service was friendly and fast! Food hot & fresh! Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequilaria is always a fantastic & fun choice for drinks, apps, & dinner in Milwaukee!
