   It was most definitely a sight to see, but customer service was poor and it was not even busy, my Atlantic grilled salmon was raw in the middle, chicken lemon butter pasta was bland, Bacon Mac and cheese was amazing

   The service was not the best, the food was delicious though. We will be back. Our waiter kept forgetting drinks and food that came out wasn’t what we ordered at first. They did correct it however we were their for an extended period of time.

   Disappointing. Service was slow. Took over 2 hours to have everything brought to the table. The waiter did not know one type of wine for another. All the meat at the table was overcooked. The entree and sides eere mixed up. High dollar restaurant for low dollar service.

   I booked a reservation for outside seating. When we arrived we were told that we could NOT sit outside because there was a large party. I looked outside, and half the deck was empty, with the so called large party blocked off on the side. They had way more than enough space outside to accommodate at least 10 tables. All waiters were all hands on deck for that outside party, while our food sat and got soggy and cold while waiting to be served to us. And when I brought it to their attention, I was met with an excuse instead of ownership. This place has a lot of things to work out. Won't be back

    There was three large parties at the restaurant last night and we were one of them. Our waitress did a fabulous job considering there was 15 of us. One of our guests had their meals delivered to another table by mistake. The restaurant took care of their meal for being late to the table. All of our meals were delicious except for one. She was brought extremely raw salmon. She sent it back to be recooked. They brought back the same salmon that she she had eaten from already instead of bringing her a new piece. (They put her old piece on the grill where they cook other people’s food). We all agreed that was a little gross! Other than that, the night was great!

    Waitstaff was wonderful and attentive. The food was outstanding. We started with several of the appetizers, several in our group ordered the daily special, I had a pasta dish, and my mom had the steak. Everything was so delicious. We finished with trying all of the Mini desserts. While we all had a favor they were all so very good. Can't wait to go back.

    Excellent service in a fairly modern and upscale environment. Free glasses of champagne and a neat little boat ride around the lagoon. I will definitely be back!!!

    Drinks could have been better, and a better selection of food. Mahi fish tacos were not tasty at all. Pizza was ok cooked a lil longer next time. But overall it was ok.

    This place is great, nice, comfortable and classy. The food is awesome. We were really impressed. Just one thing to make food experience perfect...need some good bread with the food as courtesy. Other than that, wonderful!

    Took my colleagues for lunch. We had a great time. We sat outside on the back patio with the view of the lagoon. This is one of my favorite restaurants. Pizzas were great so were the burgers. Nice wine selection and staff is fantastic including the GM /Managers Mike and Scott. Fries are on point. Espresso was good. Shrimp cocktail was fresh. Chef Ken came by our table to make sure the food was good. Nice touch. We forgot to have desert. We will be back!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Blue Lagoon Bar and Grill. JJ was our server and he was spot on! He was very attentive, made great suggestions on what to try to eat and drink! He kept us informed when there was a glitch in our order and even the chef came out to apologize for the oversight. The seafood fondue was so tasty and rich….as well as the Mahi-mahi tacos! We will definitely be back try more dishes that they have to offer! Great atmosphere and great service!

    Part of this restaurant’s grand opening weekend. They had a steel drum band. Not sure if it was the lack of customers, the tile floor, or what, but the noise level was just louder than what me and my party were comfortable with.

    Great food, strong drinks and wow the view is amazing. We had the chicken sandwich and steak sliders, both excellent. The staff is very nice and professional. I felt like I was in the Bahamas or Cancun with the turquoise blue water. Glad to see some great new food options in Texas City.
