Overall experience was excellent. Especially the food quality and presentation. We dined on Saturday evening and the establishment was realatively full. Upon being seated we received water service and our wine was opened and served (BYOB). However, it then took fifteen minutes before we gestured for our server. She (Sarah) explained that there was a communications mix-up and she apologized profusely. The service was excellent for the balance of the evening. Sarah was very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure we have an enjoyable evening. We have dined here on numerous occasions in the past and would highly recommend this establishment.

We absolutely love Bluefin Eagleview! The sushi chefs are fantastic, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. We love the variety of food options, from fresh, delicious sushi to hot Japanese dishes, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The food is always a highlight, and the friendly atmosphere makes it a place we love coming back to. Highly recommend Bluefin Eagleview!!

We know sushi very well, and I genuinely believe this is the best sushi in the area. The fish is always incredibly fresh and high quality, and the specials are thoughtful, complex and consistently delicious. If you appreciate really good sushi, this place is hard to beat. Seriously, give it a try. You’ll be back every weekend.

Food Quality and Taste: 4.5 The food was great! I tried a variety of nigiri, and I was quite impressed. The chu toro and the sake toro were standouts! The portion size is great. Getting two pieces of nigiri is not common, so that was a pleasant surprise. -Crispy Sushi: 4/5 -Chu toro: 4/5 -Otoro: 4.4/5 -Sake toro: 5/5 Service: 5/5 The service was great. The hostess wasn't at the front when I arrived, but an employee quickly greeted me and informed me the hostess would be there soon. The food came out in a reasonable time, plates were cleared quickly, and the servers were courteous. I asked for my nigiri to be torched and was it wasn't explicitly on the menu, they were able to honor that request. I appreciated the same sweet treat at the end as well. Atmosphere: This is a nice semi-intimate setting. There's a sushi bar and a standard dining room. I sat at the sushi bar and appreciated the personal service from the chefs. The decor was nice, light/ bright colors with a minimalistic vibe. This would be good for date night, solo dining, a casual meal. Value: 4.5/5 Great value. Some items are a little pricey, but the service, and food quality and taste definitely make this a worth while option. Opportunities for Learning: 4/5 While the menu is a standard menu for a sushi restaurant, there are a variety of types of fish that would challenge your sushi knowledge. There are also other standard pan Asian items as well. Great opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of sushi and Asian cuisine.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Bluefin in Eagleview Town Center. My friends were quite satisfied with their delicious apps, entree, and dessert at Blufin. James and Joe work so well together and deliver amazingly scrumptious meals every time! Bluefin never disappoints! Bluefin has taught "make your own sushi" nights at my complex twice now. The portions are very generous. The night is entertaining, educational, and quite tasty! Thank you for everything, James, Joe, and Sophia from Bluefin!
