The service was friendly and attentive. The food was meh...My husband ordered the Salmon, he says it was very tasty but a very small portion. I ordered the Whitefish, it was just okay, it was a little dry. We also ordered two sides. mac & cheese which was okay, and the sauteed spinich which we did not like at all. The flavor was nice but the long stems were difficult to chew.

The atmosphere was beautiful! The food was top notch and tasty. All the servers and associates were very attentive to us and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely worth the trip!

The restaurant was beautiful but the food was very salty. I ordered the bone-in ribeye and it was good but too salty. The sautéed spinach was also salty. My old fashioned was delicious. I think the food would have been great minus all the the salt.

Hmmm let’s just say it was a beautiful restaurant but the foods doesn’t match. It was just ok. There’s no need to go back especially for the price point. I was celebrating a birthday and the bday treat could be better for the restaurant as well.

The front house staff either had it out for our waiter or did not know what they were doing. They sat three parties, one of which was 5 people, all in his section at the exact same time when the restaurant was basically empty. It was really tough on him.

This restaurant is top notch!!! From the ambiance to the food. I celebrated my birthday and I had a great time. Make reservations because this place is busy. Even when being busy the wait time for the food was short. The food came out hot and fresh. Great for a date night.

The Steak was great. All other food was mediocre, especially for a Chicago steakhouse. The service, however, was very subpar. Everyone was very nice but they didn't do a good job. Our main course was sent out before we were halfway done with salad. The runners realized it was an issue and discussed amongst themselves but still served it. Our server then brought knives for the mains and was surprised we received the mains already but she left everything. Bussers cleared dishes from one person while another was still eating and many other small touches that were missed. None of this is agregious by any means but when I'm at a steakhouse and paying a premium, top quality service is the expectation and we didnt get it.

Great ambiance, great service. The food was good. Around 300 with tip for steak, salad, potatoes and 2 drinks. I would recommend and I would go back. Great place to impress someone. Drinks were good

This was our first time here. The entire experience rom when we entered until we left, was phenomenal! We were greeted with warmth and delight. Rob, our server for the evening, was phenomenal! The drinks, the bartenders, the entire staff working are exceptional. Absolutely fantastic drinks and ambiance. Only the greatest things to say! Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be back.

I’ve rated it already before 5 star.. I took a few pictures of a dish that tried and loved and when I showed it to my server it was longer available.. I had the halibut just as good.. though.. have to remind myself never get attached to particular meal at a trendy restaurant because their always trying to refresh the menu.

very good food, really very good. the ribeye was cooked exactly as asked. a little noisy from subway train above but that is par for the course. I would recommend this place and will be back again. great waitress and very good service.

Felt like it was trying to be a really fancy steakhouse but didn't quite hit the mark. 20 Oz aged bone in ribeye was thin- probably not even an inch thick - and cooked reasonably well but with a ton of char on it. Maybe that's how others like it but the flavor was more burnt than a good crust and it stuck with you after you finished. Risotto was fine but more like a cheesy rice dish, not particularly inspired. Overall a fine place but definitely not up to the par of bavettes/mortons/Gibson Italia for the price.

Location is noisy when trains pass. Music inside is loud. The interior space is very nice. Service was not good, beginning with the first impression at check in and throughout the experience. Not responsive and poor follow up during the experience. The food was overpriced and marginal. Around $700 for 4 and a kid. There to celebrate a birthday and they really did nothing for the birthday, a scoop of ice cream with chocolate sauce. Ok presentation but not flavorful. Ordered the $175 seafood tower, it was one level, not a tower and not very plentiful. I will stick with the Gibsons, Hugo’s and Rosebud’s in the future for great service, great food quality and great value. Probably will not go back.

Service is poor! Door man (if he is there) may or may not open the door. Once you are @ the Host stand, they may or may not greet you, depends on how long they are bickering back and forth; and then once they do - they will apologize for the delay - make you wait an additional 15 min before being seated. this time we were seated in the main dining room but near the bar - some hightops and booth combo. waited an additional 10min until someone came over - not our waiter but a manager asking if we were to put drinks in - we wanted to submit the entire order. he said wait till the waiter. lol. Okay. No way I am about to break bread on a 500-600 dinner and service does not complement the price. so we left both times ( this was our second attempt to dine here). 1st time we left and went to Mastro's. - this 2nd time.- it was Prime& Provisions. Both I highly recommend over this place. Nonetheless, don't take my opinion - go and check it out for yourself. Cheers!!

We went for our anniversary dinner! The location, and ambience was great. Our server was also a fun individual. But sorry to inform the food was not great. Wife ordered wagyu skirt steak. It came cold and over cooked/charred. After sending it back, they brought her a new one but the taste wasn’t what she expected. By the time the new steak came for her, I’ve already was on the tail end of my dinner ☹️ And for my order, I had a 10 oz bone in NY strip steak. I’d say, it was not sizzling and rare even though ordered medium. Unimpressed even though it was a top $ item.

My Rib eye steak was amazing and side dishes, except broccolini were terrific. Mixed drinks, ie raspberry margarita wasn’t so special. But wine was great. Enjoyable evening, except for the el train noise. Don’t eat in the Atrium.
