            Lunch with our family was disappointing overall. The restaurant has more of a nightclub atmosphere than a place for lunch. The music was loud and included uncensored lyrics. Since we were dining with our kids, we politely asked if they could switch to something more family-friendly. It was lunchtime, the restaurant was mostly empty with only one or two other tables occupied, so it didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. As many other reviews have mentioned, the food took far too long to arrive—about 45 minutes to an hour. The burgers are expensive, around £39, but since they’re advertised as steak and Wagyu burgers, I expected exceptional quality and didn’t mind paying for a great meal. Unfortunately, they didn’t deliver. My Wagyu burger was extremely dry and lacked flavor. I ended up adding a lot of salt and pepper just to make it reasonably enjoyable. The steak burger was literally a solid piece of chewy steak rather than what you’d expect from a burger. The one bright spot was the bartender/server. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the kitchen let him down. Overall, it wasn’t worth the time or the money. Spending nearly an hour waiting for food that didn’t meet expectations made this a disappointing experience.

            The sheesha, snacks and food was good! Service was good however I thought the prices were on the high end especially for the cocktails and the sheesha. The waiter that served us was really good, prompt and courteous.

            Food was lovely and everyone was great. However waited 1 hour 15 minutes for our food which was unacceptable with no apology or discount on bill.

            We had pre-booked a table for New Year’s Eve; however, upon arrival we were placed in a quiet corner of the restaurant, which was extremely disappointing. This was particularly frustrating given the misleading information on social media, which presented the venue as fun and lively. After raising our concerns, we were moved to a different section, although this did little to improve the overall experience. While the waiter was polite and professional, this was unfortunately the only positive aspect of our visit. One member of the bar staff was rude and unhelpful. Additionally, customers were smoking inside the restaurant, which is entirely inappropriate and showed a complete lack of consideration for others’ health and comfort. We were left waiting an excessive amount of time for the bill while seated in these conditions. When the bill eventually arrived, it included an additional £30 charge for a drink we did not order. We were then informed of a £60 minimum spend per person, despite no such requirement being communicated at the time of booking. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and reflects very poor communication. The matter was only resolved after the manager intervened and corrected the bill. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell well below an acceptable standard. We will not be returning.

            We booked at 4pm as we were travelling back home at 6pm. This gave us plenty of time to chat and enjoy the food and atmosphere which was nice and quiet but with relaxing background music. The service was prompt and courteous by smartly dressed waiters. Food was exquisitely presented and tasted divine. Highly recommended.

            Avoid! Aviod! Aviod! They use your cancellation fee as a bargaining tool if you are not happy with the service. Booking fee is £25 PP. The bartender licks the mixing tools. Not to mention you get hair with your food! The staff are defensive and aggressive especially in keeping your booking fee. Even if you are not happy with the service and you do end up paying for something they add a service fee. No care for hygiene and customer service. Looks nice and pleasant but don’t be fooled place is full of dirty and uptight waiting staff. Aviod! Aviod! Aviod!

            Booked through OpenTable a table on a Thursday lunchtime. Booking accepted and I paid a deposit of £50 by credit card. Turned up and the whole place was locked up, closed. I called the contact number given for the restaurant, “ this phone is not accepting calls”. What a waste of time and effort. Just because your booking is accepted it doesn’t mean that they will be open!
