We believe in simple, uncomplicated, delicious food. At BowEdison, the menu is best described as “eclectic, modern American” cooking, strongly influenced, simply enough, by all the things the Chef likes to eat. The menu will be small yet sophisticated, with creative, seasonal offerings and highlighting the bounty of our local producers. We have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

BowEdison will offer Dinner Monday through Saturday, as well as Brunch on Sunday. We will be closed on Tuesdays.
