Brass Steak & Seafood is a contemporary steakhouse in Woodinville Wine Country, founded by Christopher Saenz and Chef Kyle Quinn. Located at Harvest near The SOMM Hotel, Brass pairs Prime steaks and fresh seafood with a global wine list, craft cocktails, and deeply personal hospitality.
The menu takes a modern approach to the classic steakhouse, with signature offerings such as Prime steaks finished in bone-marrow-infused tallow, raw and chilled seafood, caviar, and a dedicated martini program.
The atmosphere is warm, polished, and contemporary—elevated without feeling formal—with rich wood, dark tones, and a setting equally suited for a celebration, business dinner, or relaxed evening after wine tasting. Private and semi-private dining are also available for special events and gatherings.

This was such an amazing experience. The food was absolutely 5 star and the experience was amazing! I didn’t love the glass my cocktail came in, they saw my facial reaction and immediately came over and made it again into a better glass. Just a. Little thing that I would never had thought of even complaining about but they sensed I didn’t love the glass and immediately made it perfect! This place focuses on the details of their customer experience and is such a class act. The entire experience was a 10/10 and what a gift to the city of Woodinville this place is.

I will not write a review since Brass was only opened for 4 nights when we went. Took the manager after 22 minutes to bring me my martini. But I will give them another try after about a month Good Luck

Amazing! My husband and I went on opening night for a celebration dinner and it was amazing! The place was beautiful! I ordered a steak and asked the kitchen to make a slight adjustment and not only the owner but also the chef came out to make sure everything was good. My husband and I like to pick a local restaurant to go to when celebrating or we want a nice meal out and this will be our new place!!

The service was impeccable! Our server Isaac was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance is lovely. Very classy and warm. The food is not only delicious but also very beautiful. It’s a must visit.

We had the pleasure of experiencing Brass Steak & Seafood during its friends-and-family preview, and we're so excited to see this beautiful new restaurant open its doors to the public on Saturday, October 24. The space is gorgeous, with a warm, sophisticated atmosphere that is both elevated and welcoming. You can tell how much thought and care has gone into creating a special dining experience. The team is kind, attentive, and there's great energy throughout the restaurant. The food was incredible, carefully thought through with culinary creativity and modern flair! What a team! Brass has all the makings of a fantastic new destination for a special occasion, date night, or simply a great evening out in Woodinville.
