Bricco e Bacco brings the art of butchery to the table, offering premium dry-aged steaks and Sicilian cuisine with a modern twist. From a family of “Carnezzieri” (butchers) in Palermo, we opened our first restaurant in Monreale in 2003 and have been perfecting this craft ever since. Since 2010, we have specialized in combining the finest prime cuts from around the world with bold Sicilian flavors, creating a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Had a great dinner at Bricco e Bacco. Steak served on a hot stone and amazing pasta and sides. Service and ambience were five starts. Will definitely come back.

The best Bistecca alla Fiorentina we have ever had. Even better than the one we had in Rome. Service was wonderful.

We had the Wagyu experience and really enjoyed it, from the Wagyu brisket to Japanese Wagyu spaghetti to the Japanese and Spanish Wagyu (served sizzling on a block of salt). A proper feast, also for the senses. We were well looked after by the staff, in a leisurely southern Italian way. Good ambience, met the chefs after, very passionate about their work.

Very sorry to say that this Sicilian restaurant had nothing to do with warm Italian service. We, three older ladies, were seated in a side room and had to call out to the waiters for any form of attention! We named it Fawlty Towers Italian style but with lack of comedy. Sadly, the food was very disappointing as well! We did like the slab of hot Salt to cook the fillet to our individual taste. Starter, chips and salad were dire…. We will not be returning!
