   I waited 35 minutes before the waitress ever came. She was not friendly and didn’t apologize I spoke to one of the workers and they didn’t seem to know where she was. I told the staff it was the worst service I’d ever had. The food was good.

   Poor experience, after dining with Brio many times in the past. Obviously, this restaurant has too much business. Long line at hostess, reservations need dedicated check in line to be seated on time. Some diners had food left in warmer until stiff. Noise level was extreme at times from nearby intoxicated diners. After table having to share one menu, server and food was good. Absolutely no ambience.

    The meal was very good and I was happy they had gluten free pasta. We were very unhappy with the expresso as the machine was broken but we were served some in a big coffee cup. It was cold.

    The food at Brio is very good and the service is outstanding. Our waiter was personable and very accommodating. Our only issue with this visit is that we ordered the lobster and shrimp pasta. For the price of this dish, we would expect more than a very few small pieces of lobster (about 3 the size of a dime to be exact). The dish was very tasty, the pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was light and well seasoned and the shrimp was cooked perfectly, but it was missing the lobster. We probably will not order it again in the future based on this experience. We have been to Brio on other occasions and really enjoy the food and the atmosphere and we will definitely dine there again when we are in town.

    I had a weekend planned with my grandmother at Cherokee and we made reservations for Brio. I think one of the main things I was looking forward to the whole weekend was a Brio Peach Bellini. Unfortunately, they were out of peach bellinis and we weren't able to get one.

    The restaurant was very charming. We had a reservation for 6:00 and they actually seated us a little earlier at 5:45. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable of celiac disease. Although they can not guarantee a gluten free environment, I have ate there 3 times and have not been sick. Last night’s meal was delicious and we received a complimentary dessert for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Highly recommend.
