Food was good but service was poor. Ordered wine and didn’t get it till dinner was served. Sat forever waiting for our dinner so the glass of wine would have been good and we wouldn’t have cared about the wait. Also food brought to table but we were never given silverware.

The only thing that kept you from getting full stars in all categories was the unavailability of decaf cappuccino. For an Italian restaurant this is unforgivable.

Greeted warmly at reception. Christine is our go-to waitress! Makes you feel like family, very attentive, and polite. Food is always high quality and prices are reasonable.

Slow service and not very crowded. Bill was incorrect. Lobster Bisque soup had a funny taste. Won’t be back.

Our server was great. The food was very good except, Mom, the birthday person, said her scallops were over cooked. Hubby and I had the fettuccine w/shrimp and lobster. Sis had the fettuccine with chicken, and the other guest had pasta with a spicy sausage. The rating would have been higher if there wasn't a heat issue (space heaters were in the restaurant) and if they acknowledged that one of the guests had a birthday; That was noted in the reservation

I don’t typically give a one off bad review however, the systemic service issues are clear to me. medium. Rare steak was well done but not a server in sight; certainly not mine. I gave the ambiance a 1 because it was so bright, daylight. Very slow service, and I like it slow. We skipped dessert because it was so, so, so slow. Not a busy night. Asparagus was charred to a wilted, dehydrated inedible stalk of 5. Disappointing. We wee late for our movie because O had a difficult time paying.

Brios has gone down hill in the last few months. I've gone back 3 times and have been disappointed each time. Ask for a steak medium, received it well done. Menus were filthy, smell as soon as we walked in, like the carpet hasn't been cleaned in months. Next time went with my. mom and ordered a hot tea. (how hard is that to make?) Luke warm with a white film like it was heated in microwave. Asked for another one, please make it hot. Again, luke warm. There was also a heater on a chair projecting heat towards us. Restaurant was freezing. Final and last time, we waited 20 minutes to have the server ask us what we want to drink. Again I ordered a hot tea. I explained what happened last time and she said sometimes our hot water gives us a problem. I'll make sure it's hot. Same thing film on my water, luke warm at best. No bread, still waiting to order, filthy menus. Table next to us complained that they were told they couldn't get what was on one of the 3 menus they were given and they were waiting 20 minutes just to order. Still no bread for us or our order to be taken. Cheesecake texted us our table was ready, we left bec of the wait, originally and went over to Brios. We left our table not having touched our drinks. I'm so over this place and WILL NOT be returning. I used to love going there. The servers could care less about you, management didn't even check on the tables either. Oh, one last thing waited about 10 min for someone to seat us all three times. They were in the back talking and laughing. It was like an inconvenience to get a table. Ridiculous!
