   My husband and I arrived and were greeted right away. Once we sat down our server came by with an immediate attitude and she was extremely RUDE! She took our order again with attitude (not sure if she wanted to be there) . We ordered 2 skinny margaritas which were tart and we were unable to consume. She seemed annoyed to assist us. She offered some agave. We decline and just asked to take them back. The server continued with her RUDE attitude. We finally received our $18 stale chips and a tiny scoop of guac. At this point due to the service which should have been a negative 0 I told my husband I wanted to leave. It was probably the worst bday dinner I had ever experienced. We may have had a better experience with a positive server and fresh food. We will NEVER visit this restaurant again. A suggestion to possibly reevaluate your service with this particular server. We didn't recall her name but we recall she had very long dagger nails.

   We had lunch here, it was recommended to us by a Napa local foodie. The music was very loud both inside and out, but the space is really nice and bright, and very enjoyable. They had outdoor fireplaces which people were enjoying. Our lunch fell short, on all three meals that were ordered. One arrived cold, the other arrived the opposite of what the server described as white meat only taco, and dark meat only arrived and the third dish had dry beef. Probably just an off experience, but the kitchen needs attention for sure. Dishes are poorly conceived and served tepid :-(

    We love CCasa and eat there frequently but, this meal was the worst! Terrible service, cold food and they left all the dirty dishes and the glasses on the table. We asked for more water and they brought another bottle, but left the dirty one on the table. Second drink glasses were also left on the table. They took forever to take our order and drinks and food also took forever. We brought a guest with us who has never been there. We told her how much we loved CCasa, but this time it was a total disappointment.

    Recommend fire tables if the weather is right! We enjoyed a few tacos and drinks. The Paloma was very refreshing. The tacos were 3.5/5 - lots of healthy ingredients added which is a plus. Not your authentic Mexican taco, more like Tex-Mex. Also ordered the guac and chips but not much guac given. Extremely crowded on a Sunday. Would definitely come back when it’s less crowded.

    This is a fairly large space, nicely redecorated, and owned by a locally beloved group whose original outlet, much smaller and for takeout only, was also in the Oxbow Market. They seem to be still working out the challenges of their new, larger incarnation. The food is as delicious as ever. The servers try hard, but they seem to be understaffed and could use more training. The bartender knows how to make only the cocktails (heavily oriented toward tequila) listed on their menu. When asked about gin, our server looked confused and said she thought they had some. The music was loud, making it hard to hear conversations. Our request to turn it down was accepted but there was no followup. In their defense: the service will get better, it was a busy Saturday night on a three-day weekend, the innovative firepits on some of the outdoor tables were charming and good at keeping us warm.

    First time at C CASA. VDay dinner with my wife. We decided to start with option B - cheese taquitos- because they were out of the Frito Mixto :(. We were not disappointed! For the main entre my wife went with the salmon, which she really liked. I went with the steak, and found it to be too dry and cooked in too much oil. Also the white rice was dry, as well. We will return though!

    Our beautiful family dinner was out on the veranda at a fire table and it was perfect. My only complaint is that they use the vinaigrette on nearly every food item, including tacos. Many people cannot have or do not like vinegar so it makes it very hard to find something to eat. I will most likely not be back because my husband can’t enjoy.

    We ordered frito misto and guacamole and chips along with margaritas to start. My husband and I had the house margarita and friends had blood orange margaritas. We had chicken tortilla soup then everyone had different entrees. I had a pork shank in mole. So good! Others had chili verde, vegetarian tacos and chopped salad. The food was excellent and so was the service!

    Happy hour versus the main menu was confusing. It appears you just get less, so pay less for the happy hour. We should have spent more time looking at the menu and asking questions before ordering. We would have chosen a more interesting selection of foods. Food is fresh and good. We will go back.

    Order arrived at room temperature to cool, another order arrived just warm not hot. By the time our server checked on us and asked how our meal was, we had eaten what we could and declined to have it reheated. The Manager came over and apologized and did not charge me for the meal that was served. We will return, and would recommend C Casa.

    The food and drinks where very good. Everyone at the table enjoyed there meal. Just a few hiccups. The waitress was not very attentive and it took a while to get our drinks. The food took a while to come out as well. Even though we had a good time. I would let your server/waitress to let them know to check up on there tables. The tortilla soup was to die for. So just polish up on those few thinks would make it a better experience. They also forget to give one of my friends there soup. You guys should of comp that soup since it wasn’t our fault. Cheers

    Terrible service. Bland food. Overpriced and won’t return. What happened to training waitstaff on interacting with customers and answering questions about the menu? The waitress couldn’t speak coherently to answer simple menu questions. It was as if she was surprised that we had questions and had never interacted with customers before. She compared a coffee flavored panna cotta to a Frappuccino. Really??? A Frappuccino is a cold blended icy drink. A panna cotta is a baked custard. Not at all the same.

    The hostess was not friendly. It took a while for us to be greeted by the server over 10 minutes; she was nice, though. The food was okay, a bit greasy (fish tacos), and the guacamole was bland. I had really been looking forward to trying CCasa for some time, but sadly I probably won't return, especially since Los Agaves across the bridge is a much better experience and about the same $$

    We were expecting more from a Bib Gourmand rated restaurant. While I’m not Mexican or Latino, I worked at a high end Mexican restaurant in college and also did a summer study program in Mexico for 6 weeks, and I live in a city that is over 50% Hispanic with a bunch of really good authentic taquerias. So I consider myself pretty qualified to say, while it wasn’t “Americanized”, it just lacked the wow factor. I have had better from hole in the wall taquerias at a fraction of the price. The taquitos and fish tacos were very tasty. Pork Chile Verde was decent, taco salad was very underwhelming according to my sister in law. And they only had one single item on their dessert menu. The margaritas were strong and carefully crafted, so they get points there. The service was friendly and ambiance was certainly what I would expect for Napa-Oxbow. I don’t think I would return though. Not noteworthy enough for wine country pricing.

    We had a very poor experience here for brunch. After waiting close to an hour for our food, we asked about the status and were told our order was due up next. Twenty minutes later we finally flagged down our server again as we still had no food, and at this point we’re told there was an error and our orders were never submitted to the kitchen. As we had a wine tasting to get to, we had to leave without any food. They still chose to charge us for the drinks (coffees and teas) and $20 appetizer that was essentially a plate of tortilla chips with hardly any toppings. Very disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

    I would have given C Casa 5 stars all around, but the initial contact with the hostess was absolutely terrible. She was very rude. She was annoyed that we had a reservation and tried to seat the 2 of us at a table for 6 near the entry when the restaurant was clearly not full. Our server however was excellent, the meal was delicious and the cocktails were excellent.

    Felt rushed when we got there at 8:30 for the reservation, host flat out said we close at 9 . We had to order quick and basically inhaled the food because we felt the pressure. Food was bland , the corn was the best thing .

    Our second time at this vibrant and remarkably delicious restaurant! The drinks are complex and delicious and the food is creative and fresh. We were a mixed group of meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans and there were scrumptious dishes for everyone. They have vegan cheese and the dishes are truly gourmet. Our server was kind and knowledgeable, and the restaurant is beautiful. What an elevated and lovely restaurant!
