Ca' Brea is now the permanent home of Antonio Tommasi, who is "one of the best and most creative of our Italian chefs" (Gourmet Magazine), and has been a recipient of numerous award & nomination including Restaurateur of the year, master chef of the year, etc. The essence of Ca' Brea is straightforward and simple: authentic, yet innovative Italian food and Venetian cuisine.
