Noise was so loud that it was painful, distracting, and prevented a easy/private discussion among friends

The Saint Vincent cocktail is bubbly, refreshingly complex, and deliciously sippable! The risotto was creamy, smooth, lusciously prepared-savored every bite!

Went for a girls night out. Great location for all of us. We all agreed the area is beautiful & the atmosphere of the restaurant was what we've been looking for. For the most part it was quiet. The staff was wonderful and so kind. We'll be back. A great experience. Keep up the good work.

Today we decided to take a walk and end up at Cafe Europa for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. My husband especially loved the breakfast potatoes and his artistic cafe latte adorned with milk foam hearts! The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. They had the New York Times and the KC Star available to read, so we enjoyed a leisurely meal and was a great way to start our day!

Love the decor! Acoustics are horrible. A nice brunch cocktail special would be fun.
