I had a reservation to celebrate my birthday; we are from Indy. I arrived at the place and it was closed. They never called to cancel or apologize, which was disappointing.

What an absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end! From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the incredible attention to detail, everything about our evening was exceptional. Caroline, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Her genuine warmth and hands-on approach made us feel truly special. And Constanza, our remarkable server, was simply outstanding! She was attentive, engaging, and so much fun—we had an absolute blast with her. She helped make the evening memorable for all of us. My friends were genuinely blown away, and we all left talking about what a great time we had. Exceptional hospitality, an amazing team, and a truly memorable evening. We can’t wait to come back!

My group of 20 were in a cabana for dinner. It does take a little effort to make your way to the restaurant from a drop off point, but the signage was adequate. The cabana layout wasn't perfect for such a large group, but the staff (thank you Ava!) was great at bringing in extra seating and we ended up making it work. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced and the menu had something for everyone. Plus, it was on the beach with great views of the lake and a general laid back vibe. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience with the Cabana. We had a family reunion event here and our server and the whole team were amazing. They were able to get the orders in and the food out really quickly and even helped us celebrate a birthday w an amazing key lime pie and some candles. The beach setting is so nice with a setting sun and we walked over a short distance to catch the Saturday night fireworks for Navy Pier. Would definitely plan to come back here again!

Fun experience. Kids played in sand while we waited for food. They updated their entry sign for my daughter’s birthday. She felt really special. Overall great experience!

This is a hidden gem on Ohio Street Beach. You will be very surprised by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Their cabanas are beautiful and great for any kind of celebration. They have a beach area with beautiful lounge furniture and one of the only spots in Chicago where you can have a drink in the sand!
