## Cane Rosso: A Slice of Italy in the Heart of Arlington Cane Rosso brings the vibrant flavors of Italy to Arlington, Texas, with its wood-fired pizzas and delectable Italian dishes. Nestled in a former fuel station, the restaurant retains its industrial charm while offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The star of the show is undoubtedly the pizza. Made with handmade dough and fresh, authentic ingredients, each pizza is cooked to perfection in a 900-degree oven, imported from Italy. From classic Margherita to the adventurous "Honey Bastard" with its spicy-sweet combination of soppressata, bacon marmalade, and habanero-infused honey, there's a pizza to tantalize every taste bud. But Cane Rosso is more than just pizza. Their menu boasts a variety of other Italian delights, including fresh pasta dishes like the decadent Truffle Carbonara and the comforting Spaghetti & Meatballs. Don't miss out on their delectable appetizers, like the crispy Artichokes Classique and the cheesy Fried Nuggz. Whether you're looking for a casual lunch, a romantic dinner, or a fun night out with friends, Cane Rosso offers a memorable dining experience. Enjoy their spacious patio for al fresco dining or cozy up inside with the

We had a great dinner at Cane Rosso! We started with the spinach dip and fried bites, and both were delicious—especially hot and fresh. They were the perfect size for sharing without filling us up before dinner. I had the chicken Parmesan, and it was so good I’m enjoying the leftovers today. The brisket lasagna was tasty too, though my husband wished it had a little more brisket. The butter and Parmesan pasta wasn’t a favorite for us; my daughter was hoping for more cheese. We also ordered two pizzas with a few different flavors and can’t wait to try them. And the Ladybird dessert? So good—and very sweet. If you love sweet desserts, you’ll love it!

This was our first time and it did not fail us. The pizza was wonderful and our server was as friendly as could be. Service was a slow but it wasn't our waitresses fault. They were understaffed and I did let management know they failed on that. Will definitely go again.

They were short staffed with 3 waiters on the floor for brunch. It was disappointing to say the least. They were not very attentive, we had to look for them if we needed anything… we won’t be going back anytime soon if ever.

As I shared with our server, he restored my faith that great customer service is still around. It happened to be $10 pasta weekend so the food was amazing as always and the special was an extra treat. Our server was one of the best, attentive, friendly and always offered something!

First time coming here. Everyone was really nice but it was a very slow start. We were a little early for our 5pm reservation, but they sat us right away because the restaurant was not full. It was about 15 mins before anyone came to the table and another 15 mins before the drinks came. Wait staff was super kind. Things turned around with the food. Drinks came steady and the food was incredible. Not sure what caused the delay initially but the staff did not appear to be very organized from what we saw. There was no sections and staff had different tables across all sections, even behind the bar. At one time, there were 4 folks behind the bar taking care of groups. It was strange. Overall, we would go back but just because the food was so good! Maybe it was just a bad night.

Food was great, but our service was terrible. Drink drinks took forever, and we barely saw our server until we were in the middle of eating and she took our plates away despite still having food.

We tried 5 different pizzas, some red sauce and some white. My partner is gluten free, and these were some of the best GF pizzas we’ve had anywhere.

Great food (appetizer, spaghetti and meatballs and mushroom bainco pizza) with good service. Very full restaurant, but good atmosphere.
