   This was an unexpected atmosphere- reminded us of a super small coffee shop with little in the way of ambiance which you tend to expect in Vegas. It’s in the spa so you’d also expect it to seem a little more luxurious. But. The service was amazing and the food was good. Especially liked the vanilla lavender hibiscus mimosa. Now that’s spa like!

   Healthy, good food, but nothing that really blows your mind, especially for a restaurant in Vegas. We had trouble deciding what we wanted and for a place that offers brunch, there were no eggs Benedict and the avocado toast came with a hard boiled egg. The ambiance is reminiscent to a slightly upgraded diner and doesn’t really set you up for an experience reflecting that of the Canyon Ranch Spa. You’d be better off branching at Bouchon then hitting the spa afterwards.

    The overall experience was bad. Not worth the time or money to visit. We were first greeted with attitude for being late and this was after we called to inform them that we were running late. After explaining that we were redirected several time and got lost. The hostess said “Everyone has that issue, being lost and going to the spa area instead of the grill.” After receiving our meal, we returned a specialty omelet with chorizo. The chorizo was over cooked, lacked flavor, and, omelette was burnt and dry. When we addressed the issue with the server, we got a lot of resistance and the server kept trying to force my husband to order another omelette. We explained to the server that it has nothing to do with him. It was the kitchen’s fault for not seasoning and over cooking the item. The server was willing to take our new order. This was the first and last time we’ll stay at Caesar’s resort or dine at one.
