My steak was cooked medium like I asked but for a filet it was tough and stringy. The she crab bisque was very sweet and heavy.

For starters, I have a ton of respect for servers and restaurants and almost never leave poor reviews. That being said, this was possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I came to celebrate her birthday. Our server, Romel, took our order for drinks, an appetizer, and two entrees. After 45 minutes with no drinks, I went to the bar and was told our drink order had only just been entered—and they didn’t even have what we originally ordered. We ordered basic drinks instead, which took another 15 minutes. So after an hour, we finally had our first drinks and still no food. About 30 minutes later, I ordered a Captain and Coke. I received a yellow drink that clearly wasn’t what I ordered and sent it back. The replacement came about 10 minutes later with an approximately 14-inch hair in it. At that point, I asked for the check. After TWO HOURS, we had received one round of drinks, one incorrect drink, another with a long hair in it, and absolutely no food—not even the appetizer. Meanwhile, we watched Romel regularly tend to other tables and even sit down to take selfies with another group. A table seated around the same time as us received their drinks, full meal, second round, and paid before we could even get a second correct drink. Even the bill was wrong. It initially listed three drinks, none matching what we ordered. I asked for it to be corrected, and it came back with two different incorrect drinks. Rather than ask for a third correction, I paid and left. Romel blamed the kitchen and said it was his second day, but that didn’t explain drink orders not being entered, incorrect drinks, the incorrect bill, or the lack of attention to our table. The restaurant itself seems like it has potential, but the service completely ruined our experience. I can’t comment on the food because after two hours, we never received any. Our server Rochelle was courteous and helpful considering the restaurant and kitchen were understaffed on the Fourth of July. The drinks were delicious. The food was also delicious but the portions were not that much for the price.

Dinner reservations for 7pm. Arrived at 6:50 and was seated immediately. Waitress came to table at 7 and took order for appetizers, drinks, and main dishes altogether. Caeser salad was amazing. At 7:40 I was told they were out filets and needed to change my order. Main dishes finally arrived at 8pm after having ordered an hour prior and my mashed potatoes along with my wife’s entire meal was lukewarm at best. Then waited 20 more minutes to order desserts to go and get the check. 20 minutes after that finally received our desserts (2 slices of cheese cake) and were able to pay and vacate the establishment. Throughout entire time I think I saw my waitress 5 times and was only able to get 1 refill on my drink and my wife’s water. Restaurant was half full at best.

Server was rude and continuously interrupted or left table when our visiting foreign friends attempted to order. Needs to learn how to communicate with foreigners appropriately with a language gap

We were told many times Skmeone would be with us soon. We arrived at 8:30 by 9:00 still no service. We had to be somewhere at 9:30. We decided to leave.

Reservations were made a day in advance as recommended. Upon arrival we were told the system was down and it would be an hour and a half wait. It appeared that even though the system was down and reservations were needed, that they weren't asking those that showed up if they had a reservation and were letting anyone be seated. This jammed the restaurant cause an unacceptable delay for those that did have reservations. We went elsewhere!

Me and my friend are picky and plain eaters so the high end flavors aren't to our taste. Despite that, the found was still great, the pizza we ordered was great, my steak was amazing and the meatballs my friend got were fantastic.
