Their pasta selection is great especially to those who are vegetarian. It was unfortunate that their pizza oven was not working. The drinks were also really good and my family really enjoyed our time at Caro.

Food was fantastic . We picked Caro for the pizza & unfortunately the oven was out of service wish we had known prior to our reservation. Very accommodating to the allergies at the table - something for everyone . (Gluten & dairy free). Was not able to order certain beverages as there wasn’t enough available.

Server was excellent, she explained that they were down for select draft beers due to a special event in Hamilton over the weekend which is very kind of her . She was very helpful and helping us select our meals. And she was very gracious throughout the evening . It was my wife's birthday and she offered a dessert as well which was very nice!

We love Caro! The food is always amazing! The kids waffles are fantastic. We went on a Saturday for brunch and made reservations because we thought it was going to be busy. It was not busy. I feel sad for anyone who doesn’t eat here because they are missing out. The breakfast pizza and basil aioli is what my dreams are made of.
