We came in for the Monday bottomless pasta deal and our waitress Shania was so lovely! She was very attentive despite having a busy section (which she managed well). Friendly, professional and sincere, even when the kitchen was busy. She checked on us throughout the meal and looked after the table well, upselling aditional drinks and organising the next round of pasta. As someone who has worked in hospitality entirely too long, I was quite impressed. Shania is an absolute credit to your restaurant, a genuine gem.

Booked the 7pm time slot for bottomless pasta, which included a 90-minute dining period. When we arrived, I was told there had been a system error and my booking had not gone through correctly, despite specifically booking for bottomless pasta. The staff apologised and kindly accommodated us, which I appreciated. However, we were then told that the kitchen would be closing shortly after 8pm, meaning we wouldn’t receive the full 90 minutes. At around 7:50pm, I ordered another bowl of pasta but was told they couldn’t prepare it as the kitchen was closing soon. This meant we didn’t even get an hour of the bottomless experience we had paid for. Unfortunately, the food itself was also quite underwhelming and lacked flavour. While I appreciate that the booking issue was a system error and that the staff did their best to accommodate us, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly given the price. I don’t feel the bottomless pasta was good value for money.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and we're truly sorry your bottomless pasta experience fell short of what it should have been. A system error affecting your booking, combined with not receiving the full 90 minutes you'd paid for, is completely understandable to be frustrated about — and we're sorry that on top of this, the food itself didn't meet your expectations on flavour. We're glad our team could apologise and try to accommodate you on the night, but we know that doesn't make up for the shortened dining time or the disappointing meal. We'd really love the opportunity to make this right for you — Thank you again for your patience and for giving us the chance to improve. Regards, Casanova greenhill team

Disappointing meals, very plain and expensive for what you get! The kids waffle was so dry it was awful. Smashed avocado and tomato is exactly that no drizzle or glaze, very bland and over priced.
