Over dit restaurant

Castelluccio, in Coral Gables, is a favorite local restaurant for serving sumptuous Italian cuisine in its welcoming, casual eatery. For starters, diners canÕt go wrong with the thin-sliced carpaccio di salmone topped with fresh lemon juice and capers and fresh mozzarella caprese salad with basil, black olives and tomatoes. Some of CastelluccioÕs house specialty entrŽes include the grouper Mediterranean with clams and shrimp in a white wine and parsley sauce, the risotto al pesto e pollo with grilled chicken and the veal al limone with tender medallions in lemon sauce. If pasta is what you like, you are in luck at Castelluccio, where freshly prepared pasta dishes include the penne amatriciana with bacon and onions in tomato sauce, the rigatoni della nonna with eggplant and melted mozzarella and the linguine with crab meat. Be sure to enjoy your meal with a special house bottle of wine.
