   Waited too long for being the only people inside, not only did they get our food wrong they made us wait even longer for the correct order and it was cold. And they didn’t visit our table once to check up on us and when we told them about our experience they didn’t even care. This place is terrible

   For a steakhouse in a hotel, it was quite nice. The ambiance was cozy and decorated nicely. The servers were SUPER friendly and on the spot. The steaks were very good, although we felt pushed into one order which wasn’t as good as the others. Would recommend for groups or couples. Great meal and reasonable but well selected wine list.

   Quite possibly one of the most underrated steakhouses in the city. Stand out dishes include.... Olives, milk loaf with truffled garlic butter, crab tortellinis, mushroom ravioli, tenderloin and wagyu strip loin with broccolini, truffle fries and demi glace. Everything from presentation, flavour and texture were on point. Will definetely come back to try out the rest of the menu! Thank you team C-Prime.

   The food was delicious but a bit pricey. Service was great, waiters were pleasant and friendly and helpful. Music was very nice and not loud. Steak I had was amazing but quite small and it was priced at $49 alone, the accompaniments were extra as was the peppercorn sauce. It got very pricey... my Only complaint. I would recommend but I would mention that it is $$$$

   “Sam” was our senior waitstaff and “Mathew” was or second. They were attentive and excellent with their duties. The chef prepared a fantastic meal. All in all, excellent!

   C Prime is a really great restaurant and the service could not be better. The complimentary parking is very simple, just stop in the loop in front of the hotel and go to the host to get a ticket written up. We got the short rib and risotto, both were very good, it was the greatest short rib ever but it also wasn’t the most expensive so overall we were very happy! And the cherry on top was the manager came out and gave us a complimentary dessert at the very end, which was expectedly delicious. Not sure why it was so easy to get a reservation for 2 on a Saturday night but I would highly recommend C Prime to anybody looking for an excellent meal in the city and I definitely will be going back. Thanks for a great night C Prime!

    Service excellent, one of the best we have encountered. Portions are huge, prices are reasonable, excellent value. Food quality though not exceptional, but definitely above average. Parking a little tricky, has to park first, then go to the restaurant counter to get a pass, then go back to the garage, then go back to the restaurant!

    One of the best dining experiences in Vancouver. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. They even offer sparkling and still water for free ! This place is a must go ! Blown away !!

    My partner and I went there for lunch, and the place was almost deserted. The wine portion is quite small compared to other restaurants, which was perfect for me, because I cannot really handle alcohol so well. The food was very reasonably priced, considering the location of the restaurant, the ambience, and the service provided. BUT, as with many other restaurants in Vancouver, their food is quite salty. In fact, it was so salty that my partner and I spent the rest of the day rehydrating ourselves. We gave the serve the feedback about the saltiness of the food. Hopefully, they take that comment to heart.

    Excellent good and service! My husband, myself and a friend came for the first time for dinner and we were all really impressed. Chef Behshad Zolnasr served up perfectly cooked and timed dishes. We had, braised short ribs, lamb shank and grass fed prime rib. All cooked to perfection! I should also mention that we had drinks at the bar first and they too were tantalizing and served with very pleasant service. We will come back soon and vowed to make this our regular!

    First place we’ve been to where the Chef doesn’t let people eat what they want. We were a party of 5 and all had to have either dine or all had to a la carte. Didn’t even matter that the only person wanting a la carte has food allergies!!!! Ridiculous. It wasn’t even that busy as half the tables were empty. Not to mention that 2 people had to send their food back as it was over cooked and dry. Today when there is an abundance of restaurants to choose from, this is definitely not how to leverage dine out Vancouver to attract new clientele! Our server, Lalo, was fabulous though. Personable, knowledgeable and understanding. Great service! 5 stars for him!!!

    I don't mean to write such a poor review, but we had a disappointing first visit here. The service started out good - friendly and engaging being seated. But once our orders were taken, the service became non-existent. We had different staff topping up our water, bringing us our meals and taking away our plates, but our server didn't check in on us at any point to ask how our meals were. We did the Dine Out menu and the mushroom onion tart to start was good, but my short ribs were overcooked and on the dry side. I wanted to mention this to our server but like I mentioned, our server never inquired to see how we were doing. We weren't offered coffee/tea with our desserts and we had to flag down our server for the bill, as no one seemed to be paying attention to us. Even once the bill was paid, there was no thank you and our server simply walked away. Not sure what was going on that evening, but it was an odd experience and unfortunately not an experience I need to return to. The food itself was ok overall and the complimentary parking for dinner guests was convenient.

    Our meal was amazing. All the flavours, presentation…on point! Service was pretty good. We felt like our server was fairly new based on timing and remembering requests, but overall we were impressed. I’d not been here before, but will definitely go back!

    Fantastic service! The host was attentive and offered a coat check. Our server, Judy, was friendly and efficient. There was another fellow who was a really great that helped clear our table, fill our water and bring out some dishes. We tried their dine out menu. All the dishes were flavourful and good for the price. I liked the braised short rib the most! Overall, it was a great experience. I would come back again to try their regular menu!

    Took our family out for dinner. As it is still Dine out Vancouver- one of us wanted to order from their menu but C Prime has a very strange rule- everyone has to order from Dine out menu or no one… it was our first time dinning in there, food was good but overpriced for this location. It has a vibe of a regular hotel lobby lobby restaurant but priced way higher than that.

    We ordered from the Dine Out 2023 menu. We basically shared everything. The food was delicious and everything was well prepared. The mushroom tart was phenomenal and we'd go back just for that. The mains were also excellent. Service was great too. We were very happy and would recommend this place without hesitation.

    We couldn’t be more disappointed. The prices suggested we would get premium service, high quality cuts of meat and care and concern about the flavour of our food. We got over salted Wagyu, a strip loin-lean ribeye, potato rosti that had such strong onion that it overpowered the whole meal. The only saving grace was that when they didn’t have the bottle of wine we chose off the list, they gave us a higher priced one at the same price. The staff were friendly but very inexperienced. All around a big disappointment for $500. Could have spent $300 at the Keg and had a better experience.

    The service was amazing! Everyone that was working was available and attentive. The food was excellent! I would have like to see more seafood options such as a seafood platter but the oysters were incredible! We will be back!!

    The service is very slow and wait for over 15 minutes to get our water and need to ask for happy hour menu. The food is salty but tasty. The portion of wine is right despite it was within happy hour period.

    We got the tuna tartar and bread service to start. Skip the bread service. It was very mediocre. Bread was dry and dense. For mains we got the 14oz rib eye and boar ragu pappardelle. The pasta was okay could be better. The steak was definitely a disappointment. It was under seasoned and overcooked. We sent it back to the kitchen and they remade it. It was still under seasoned and overcooked the second time. They did put a few flakes of salt on top to let us know they seasoned it. Overall the meal was underwhelming for a restaurant in the heart of downtown and had won many awards. Despite the food, the service was pretty good.

    Very good food. It is little bit too slow. We got meal after waiting for one hour and ten minutes. We can hardly fined our waitress during the whole process. other than that, everything was fine.

    The food and portions were excellent! We are simply not a fan of paying extra for the bread/butter and the side dishes. It feels like being nickel & dimed on top of a healthy bill amount. We prefer the right side(s) included with the entree.
