   You have to ask for ketchup, they didn't bring any. Plated food didn't look good but tasted good. They need to do more with presentation and give more foods.

   Medium rare prime rib was overdone, server did Not bring drink that was ordered, drink was still charged on final bill. Ordering large prime rib was not worth the extra charge as the extra portion was a huge amount of inedible fat.

    Food came out awful, menu was not descriptive of what we ordered. Burger was severely undercooked in the centre and overall taste was not good. The steak was ordered medium rare and came out rare in some parts and nearly raw in the thicker sections. Service was good which is a redeeming factor, but I would not consider this restaurant again any time soon.

    Chop is our go to place . Normally the service is exceptional and so is the food . Normally we leave a very generous tip ranging anywhere from 125-200$ for our server . Our tip always reflects all aspects of our dining experience. And , normally we order similar meals , smoked rib, salmon etc with the community bread. This time the service was so so, the server forgot the community bread , seemed to be in a rush to get past us despite the tables in our section were not filled . My wife’s meal was as advertised and she enjoyed it however my smoked rib steak was no more than 8 oz and was supposed to be 13 oz . I ate aprox 1/2 and brought the rest home . I weighed the half I brought home this morning and it was 3 1/2 oz so that is very disappointing. I had the same experience about a year ago with a large prime rib I ordered and it was only 1/4” thick on one end . Both very disappointing to say the least . Our server only got a 25$ tip as a result on a 165$ meal for a total of aprox 190$, where normally if the server hadn’t been in a rush and the meal was as advertised the she would have received a large tip . In this case I would have just rounded up to close to 300$ leaving the server with a tip of close to 135$. So… my advice is to serve what you advertise and your servers and staff will benefit much much more.

    We had a wonderful time. Our server Emily was excellent. Our starter Caesar salad was served to another table by mistake so our dinner came before our salad. Not a big issue to us but the salad charge was removed from our bill which was unexpected but we were grateful for that. Thank you so much. Have been here many times and will be back!:)

    First time back in quite a while. Great ambiance. Wife had prime rib which was excellent as always. I had ‘flat iron steak’ which was tasty, but i wouldn’t order it again. Might ask for lounge seating next time.

    Steaks were asked to be cooked medium well and they were over well done. Not as good as our last experience here. Service was outstanding and attentive. Steaks over cooked was the big downside of this meal. Thanks

    Great evening, would give 4.5/5.0 if they allowed 1/2 points. Booth was a bit too small for the 4 of us so we would opt for a bigger space next time. The main course took a bit longer than expected to come to the table but it was Friday night and I do understand the busyness of a kitchen. Food was delicious and the service was stellar. Would recommend, and we will be back.

    Celebrating my mom’s 74th birthday. She has a garlic sensitivity and the restaurant went out of their way to ensure she didn’t have garlic in any of her order. Will definitely be back.

    The food was excellent, except for our steak bites appetizer was pretty rare. Both the server and the manager offered us a complementary steak bites card for our next visit. The manager also gave us a complementary dessert which was excellent. Overall it was a great experience and fabulous customer service.

    I dont want to be the bad guy. But here is how everyones dinner was except mine. Table of 8. We had. The waiter was really friendly. Unfortunately drinks are very slow to come from the bar. Like i think a cesar was ordered and we got our beer still no cesar. Later found out clam in the gun messed up. But that was only after politely asking if he can be a little quicker with the drinks. Med rare smoked ribeye steak came out blue rare. They did fix this. But they offered to recook my steak i said no no. They said we will make another. They did rectify this. But when it came back again still like rare to blue in middle i cut it right in front of manager. She said we can recook that i said sure. I didn’t want to waste steak. Recooked the two pieces as before i cut right down the middle. So it cones back all good. They did end up comping my $50 smoked ribeye without asking. I do appreciate that but by this time everyones meal is done. I have a full plate. Awe man. Just didn’t go as good as i was expecting. Then off to bathroom. Wash my hands. NO PAPER TOWEL dispenser next to sink was empty. I raise my arms in is someone punking me? I did later see a dyson on wall exiting so i was o well alright. Overall everyone in our party enjoyed everything including me. But i had my problems with a twice tried med rare steak and both times coming out blue rare in middle.

    We booked a reservation for 5:00pm, drove out to Sherwood Park in terrible road conditions. We were being seated for our dinner only to be be told it will be probably be a while before we can order our meals but the we could order salads and steak tartare. Then as the server brought our wine we were told it would be at least an hour before they can serve hot food as there was a problem in the kitchen and they couldn’t cook any hot food. What I don’t understand is why a notification wasn’t sent out to let me know there was an issue at the restaurant and that there will be a lengthy delay? I get reminders for my reservation but nothing about problems at the restaurant preparing food. Seriously disappointed.

    The only time we could get a reservation was 4:30. The place was virtually empty and still was when we were encouraged to leave at 5:45. The food was good but not exceptional for the price. The service was good and everyone was friendly and the place was clean.

    We went to Chop for a birthday dinner and it was just okay. The drinks were great, the service was fantastic, the food tasted good, but the food wasn't hot. French Onion soup should be hot, it was warm. Baked potatos should be hot, they were warm. Side vegetables weren't cooked and weren't hot enough to even melt the butter that was put on them. For the price, they have to do better. One of the managers stopped by and took off a couple appetizers from our bill. Disappointing, for sure.
