   My hubby and I just enjoyed a wonderful dinner … everything was wonderful Our server was Edna, as others already mentioned she was amazing! Funny, attentive & professional. It’s obvious that she loves her job.

   Got there early but the staff was very accommodating. We chose to sit outside so we can watch the sunset and ships and boats as they came and went. It was chilly outside and the staff fired up the heaters for us. Food was good overall and portions were huge!

   Service was amazing! Food was lower than average. My salmon was so dry I had to dip it in my salad dressing. Everyone else’s food at the table was just ok. The whole restaurant needs to be closed for a month and renovated.

   The first server who tried to seat us didn't even know what OpenTable was! The second server (our real server) was good. Our seafood omelets were very good. One of the best that we ever had. We sat inside due to it being cold, so the ambiance that we would have had outside was not the same and not very good.

   This was an spontaneous date my husband got off work early I got dressed and we picked a random place. Made reservations for 12:15p . Parking was perfect no issues there. No wait sat down ate lunch. In and out within an hour. I got the lobster Mac and cheese and fried Calamari. Both were pretty good they could given more calamari than what was served. My husband had the Farm House burger. Pretty good no complaints there. I also had a margarita nothing too special next time I’ll get a straight shot lol.

   As always the food is very tasty and they had our favorites available for lunch. If one gets there before 2pm you can order from the Lunch menu. The desserts are huge, so we had to take them to go and eat later. We live in the east so don't get to eat at a CJ very often but we are always on the lookout for a location when we are traveling.

    We ordered ahead of time and food came out quickly, as we had 7 folks. But after food was delivered, felt like the server disappeared. It was not terribly busy, so not like the server was really busyin the dining room. Otherwise, a bit pricey but good.

    The server took a bit long to get our drinks. The oddest thing about the evening was my husband's steak arrived a good 10 minutes before any other food in the table! And because of the way it is served in the hot skillet, by the time his salad and our food (party of 5) arrived, his steak was over cooked. It was an odd experience.

    Honestly the best service I have ever had. I wish I got out waitress’ name, but she was phenomenal. Definitely need to come back again because the food was great.

    Food was delicious, portions were huge. We will visit again - hopefully not when the high school is there too! They were harmless, but they were loud! So, not the restaurant’s fault.

    I have been to many restaurants in my day and by far, this was the WORST service I have ever received. We were sat in an area with 4 booths. We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledge by a server that was waiting on the other tables right next to us. Never acknowledged. Finally, I went to the hostess and asked if anybody could see us considering he walked right by us at least 2 times. The manager happened to be at the hostess stand and came and took our drink and dinner order. Another person, not our waiter, dropped off the drinks. Another server, came and kind of slammed the plates on the table and just walked away. The ONLY time OUR waiter came to our table was to drop off to go boxes and the bill. Needless to say, I was very upset. However, I do have to say the manager was EXCELLENT. He came to our table and I asked him, "What exactly did I just pay for?" It certainly wasn't a relaxing dinner that I was going to pay over $150 for. He apologized and comped our dinner. He was very understanding and wanted to make sure we would come back. Maybe it was just that particular waiter who was bad or maybe it was just that he was having a bad night. But it wasn't a joyful experience.

    The food is phenomenal. The best Claim Jumper in all of San Diego in my opinion. Great friendly and courteous staff, clean and very attentive.

    Our server Jaylen was AWESOME! The things he could fix he did. The other things were out of his hands. The food was overpriced for the quality. But the servers were all cheerful having to work on Christmas day.

    The food was cold, the orders were incomplete and there was no offer to adjust the bill after this was noticed. Our server was good, but the rest was less than optimal. Absolutely would not recommend.

    When I made my reservation online, nothing was said about a special menu for Thanksgiving. I was expecting the online menu and was disappointed when I saw the Thanksgiving menu since my intention was to order a steak. I did receive a number of apologies but I was still disappointed.

    At first they had WAY too many customers in the waiting area. The attendee kept repeating, "I just came on shift, I don't know what's going on.." One lady had been waiting to be seated an hour past her reservation time. There was no direction, it was chaos. I told my wife, "forget it..". She was like, "NO, unacceptable!" So I went in and nicely asked the lady what time could we expect to be seated, but she couldn't say. I asked if I could check in, she allowed it. I asked if we could be seated at the bar or outside, and a waitress listening in offered a table that just opened up, we took it. From there the night was outstanding. Food, drink, service, price all were beyond what I expected. Great times.

    Dined there on a previous Thanksgiving and were impressed so back again. Obviously very busy but were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time. Staff were very busy but still attentive and food was very good and priced very reasonably.

    It was Thanksgiving and we were celebrating a birthday in our group. This was our first time dining at this location. Understandably, Thanksgiving was a very busy day for the kitchen. We had to wait about 30 min past our reservation time to be seated, so we went to the bar to wait. We had a very nice server, but she told us we could have either white or dark turkey meat for those ordering a turkey entree, so after ordering dark meat, a manager came to tell us they only serve white meat. One salad was not delivered to our table, so the server said he would be right back with it, but he never returned. We had to request it again, but only after everyone else at the table had finished their salads. Entrees were served hot and were very delicious. Dessert was also delicious. Overall, it was a very nice dining experience. We definitely plan to return!
