The Trenton waterfront received a major update with the addition of Cooper's Riverview! The atmosphere is fun and festive while providing a superb dining experience. Highlights are an amazing happy hour, entertainment, and brand new menu and an eager staff that will make your visit memorable. The massive complex features four main areas: a large entertainment hall for private events, weddings, concerts, shows and nightlife; a cozy dining area and bar; a great indoor/outdoor bar and cocktail area; and a large deck on the water with private areas and a stage for national performances. The cuisine is all of your gastro pub favorites including handmade burgers, seafood, steaks and health conscious salads. We’re bringing the fun back to the waterfront!

Tried the all you can eat sunday brunch after 2 summers of not doing it. Food was ok, but it definitely lacked atmosphere. Low turnout, no more live guitarist or jazzy music. That took away from the atmosphere. Small area for the tables facing the river which was good , but the rest of outdoor area was empty and looked a little beat up. Employees looked bored but it could have been because of the low turnout. That sunday brunch needs some type of revival to bring in the crowd and Coopers overall needs a facelift in all areas. Would not go back for the brunch but will go back for the evening live music when possible.

I will never go back. Servers didn't want to work. It was like they were doing us a favor making omelets or carving roast beef. There was mold on the pepper shakers

Music was too loud. I was getting a headache. You cannot talk at the dinner table. You had to shout to the waitress to take your order. I had a salad with salmon on top. Which was good. My date had spaghetti which he couldn’t make out if it was chicken or croutons. He did not care for it. Service was good. If you go there, bring earplugs.
