    Very nice all round. However sat on high chairs at the bar and at least on opentable I selected standard seating which I presumed a normal table

    The food is really good and Pisco Sours are especially good. However, food all comes out together rather than phased so it is very rushed and just not a premium experience as it certainly should be based on the price point. We asked to slow it down which was marginally slowed. It was also a bit difficult to get attention of waiters as it was outside in a courtyard and they didn't come out often enough

    Lovely birthday lunch. Nelly was a great server, attentive without being intrusive. Particularly liked the mushroom tacos and the tuna cerviche

    Really disappointing. The opposite of service with a smile, service with a frown? Missing dishes (that still ended up on the bill), poorly presented food. Not a good experience.

    We had a family celebration lunch at Coya City on Monday, 27th October, from 12–2 pm. We ordered four lunch specials, a soft crab taco, guacamole, and cocktails. The starters — crab taco, ceviche, guacamole, and salad — arrived first, but the pulled pork tacos never came. Soon after, three mains (two Lomo Saltados and one baby chicken) were served, but still no tacos or Chilean Sea Bass Cazuela. When we asked, the waiter seemed surprised and checked with the kitchen. After waiting another 20 minutes, a manager in a red suit came over and said they were “investigating the CCTV since the kitchen staff said the dishes were served.” There was no apology for the delay — instead, the CCTV comment made us feel accused of lying, which was humiliating. She later claimed they were checking if the kitchen was at fault, but by then, the experience was ruined. The missing dishes eventually arrived, but we had lost our appetite. The food was average for the price (£79 for a starter and main): guacamole was salty, Lomo Saltado bland. No one followed up to check if things were okay or offered any goodwill gesture. The entire handling lacked professionalism and warmth — a disappointing experience for a restaurant that claims to offer fine dining. Tips for future diners: Check that all dishes are served promptly. Speak to a manager early if something is missing. Don’t expect attentive service. I will not return — Coya City needs to learn what real hospitality means.

    Nice enough with great food albeit very small portions and the price was crazy expensive for what we had especially as we drank fire drinks too.
