More of a bar experience then restaurant, with mediocre food. Great place to go have a drink, but would not recommend it for a more upscale food experience.

The atmosphere is great, a little loud. The venue is small, i would recommend reservations especially on weekend nights. The tiki bar was good, but don't go unless you are a rum drinker. All they have is rum and tequila. I like rum, my wife, on the other hand, not so much. The main bar in the restaurant has more of a selection, but if you order a cocktail that's not on their menu, you might have to tell them how to make it and hope for the best. The food was great, but a limited menu. Check it out online before you go. Overall we had a good experience, but some might not enjoy the limitations. Also the bathroom...need to get 2 door codes and go outside and down a back hallway, but it was clean.

Unacceptably understaffed. One waitress for the entire dining room area. People were waiting 30 to 40 minutes just to place a drink order with drinks arriving 30 minutes after and food up to an hour after. The food itself was marginal, at best. If they can’t staff a restaurant and put out food at a consistent quality, they should just close for the night. I’ve been there before and the food was good. The burger last night was average. In and out probably would’ve been as good.

Just drink in this place. The food is horribly bad. McDonald's will be greatly insulted if you compare the food with this place. The chicken drumsticks I ordered were undercooked and will make you yearn for KFC or Popeyes. The lighting is so ineffective that you need to bring a flashlight. No restroom in the premises. You have to go outside enter a sketchy room passageway and type in a code that is from a confusing code card. The waiter Sean was the only positive factor. Good man, he is. Downtown parking is normally impossible.The experience in this place is excruciatingly painful. A nightmare for dining.Pure and simple. Do not even think of going to this place.

It’s fallen short lately. Smaller portions and our food came out cold. We waited 15 minutes just to check in at the front for our table, and had to wait another 30 to put in food and drinks. The portions are smaller than in the past, and the value is quickly eroding. Also, maybe a new chicken supplier because it was full of gristle.

Came here with 3 friends for drinks to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. We had a reservation and waited almost 20 minutes to be seated with no hostess to be found. Then when we finally got a hold of someone, they seated another party before us despite us telling them we were there first. When the drinks finally arrived, they were mediocre at best. Most of them were overly sweet and unbalanced. Such a disappointment. To top it off, our server was initially rude and hard to get a hold of but apologized afterwards. I’m not sure if they were just understaffed that evening but no explanation was provided. Overall a disappointing experience, and no one even bothered to ask or acknowledge if we were celebrating anything.

Honestly the service was not good. Just a little more effort would have gone a long way. The burger was very good but the steak skewers were so tiny for the amount they are charging. We won’t be back.
