Drawing upon the rich history of Milwaukee’s craftsmanship we present, Craft. The history of Milwaukee dates to the early 17th and 18th centuries when traders first began to travel through and eventually settle in what is now Milwaukee. Deep European roots brought craftsmen and skilled hands to the area and to this day an ethic of hard work and determination inhabits the spirit of the city. Early on the area was full of coopers, butchers, shoemakers, and farmers. Milwaukee’s beer history started in the 1840’s, driven by the presence of the frontier settlement near the Great Lakes. Immigrants, including Welsh and German settlers, yearned for the native beers of their homelands, so they embarked on making delicious craft beer with techniques from their native countries. Craft features a cuisine including locally sourced foods, hand crafted cocktails, and a vast selection of local beer.

We generally enjoy eating at Craft and quite often get the burger. They are good, however, we'd rather have the choice of raw onions and raw jalapenos than the smash burger style. The fries can be luke warm and a little too seasoned. We still plan on returning.

Kendall was amazing! She took such great care of my daughter and me while we were celebrating her 16th birthday. She surprised us with a dessert and even remembered us the next day, asking how the concert went. Such a sweet and thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special!

Salmon was excellent. Steak was great but we were told no substitutions for the fries, also we wanted coffee with dessert and were told no coffee, a manager or bartender came over and said he would get us coffee.

We had a reservation for 4 but they where able to find us a table for 5. The service was exceptional, the food very good and a very fair price of a big city restaurant.

We stay here every year for a business conference as it is super convenient. The food was good, service was kind. The temperature in the restaurant was absolutely freezing and felt like you had an air conditioner blowing on you the whole time.

Nice hotel lobby restaurant. Waitress was very nice. Overall breakfast menu was good. A bit expensive but goes with the ambiance.
