Het was vrijdagavond en echt veel te druk! We moesten erg lang op ons eten wachten (ruim een uur!). Toen het eten kwam klopte de bestelling niet. Wel opgegeten en op zich smakelijk, maar door de fouten en de -wegens teveel drukte- echt veel te lange wachttijd, viel het ons tegen. We misten bovendien de film waar we naartoe hadden willen gaan. Zeker in drukke weekenden dus best te vermijden!

Good food, terrible service. Booked a table, they put us on the worst table in the restaurant asked to move politely before we were even sat down. Loads of feee tables. We were escorted to another table. After 10 seconds we had 5 members of staff swarm us shouting we weren’t allowed to sit there. Imagine that being your first 30 seconds arriving into a restaurant…. Avoid. Mains arrived before we even finished our staters had to clear the table ourselves on to the bar next to us. Then waited for cutlery for another 5 mins. Just avoid.

Waited an hour and 20 minutes to get food. No one came up to us and offered bread, drinks, etc. We sat there starving the entire time just waiting for food. 5 minutes before we got our food we were told something happened with the oven door. I wish they told us that right when they found out. I ordered a salad so that didn’t even effect my meal. Once my salad finally came out I could tell it had been sitting that entire time and it was not good. We paid for full in our meal - I was hoping at least something would’ve been taken off the check.

We were visiting Amsterdam and picked this restaurant for it's variety of food offered. Our waiter was friendly and quickly responded to our questions and requests. The only downside to our experience was after we placed our order the food inspectors showed up at the restaurant and delayed our food order by an hour. Our waiter kept apologizing and brought us bread and the manager gave us free desserts for our patience and understanding.

Food looked good but was lacking accompaniments. They had run out of sour cream for the nachos and there was very little topping for the amount of nachos on the plate. Pizza was lacking flavour but was palatable. Arribiata and the potato croquets were good. Waited about 30 minutes for a desert.

Nacho’s brilliant but main course arrived halfway through the starters. When my main pasta dish arrived it was cold, they did reheat it and was not changed for it after complaining, also only one prawn found in my pasta dish. However the rest of my party found the pizzas delicious. The restaurant had great buzz and enjoyed the experience overall.

Enjoyed reasonably priced pizzas and salads were generous and interesting. But no Ice Cream!!! Other dishes looked appetising (but we were there for pizza!) Very good staff: warm welcome and great service We had a lovely evening in a lively atmosphere at very reasonable prices.

We arrive and was greeted by a nice waiter, from Uruguai. I have asked if I could order my daughters food ahead of us and he said yes. Well nearly 2 hours later after a lot of complaints the food arrived. So many more tables arrived after us and was served and gone before our food arrived. The food is average plus, the place is nice but very loud and the service at that day was very poorly. I’m not sure I would go back there!!

Despite having a booking we were made to wait 35 minutes for a table. When we were seated upstairs then entire area was empty. It seemed strange we had to wait so long for a table when the entire upstairs area was empty. Food was ok, staff service during dinner was mediocre. I would not dine again.

Visited this restaurant and found it very touristic and found it very mediocre. Food lacked creativity and waited for more than 1,5 hours for a simple pizza. Service was average, but nothing remarkable. Overpriced experience offered, many better options options around, also in this (touristic) area.

It was not a very good experience knowing the resto wasn’t full and yet we were put in a very tight space. Then, the waitstaff messed up our order, bringing us a drink we didn’t order and later realized that he didn’t put our pizza order to the kitchen. He then proceeded to discourage us in ordering as he mentioned the food is too much for us. We were only having a steak and a plate of pasta. Asked for the dessert to at least recover from the experience. Ten mins after the order, told us isn’t available and that if we order a diff dessert it will take 10 minutes. It was a bad experience because of the faulty service.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. When we arrived we were told the pizza oven was broken (which was rather obvious, it was extremely smoky) we had no issues with this and proceeded to order. 5 out of 7 of our table ordered pasta and we had to send our meals back due to them being cold. So cold that the seafood felt frozen in the middle. We politely asked for the food to be changed, where we were told by the manager that they would ‘chuck them back in the pan’ as he rolled his eyes. When we eventually got our food back it was hot but tasteless, and many people around us had the same problem. They knocked €20 off the bill (that was €300 in total, so a pathetic amount) after we asked for it to be discounted, which was embarrassing enough after the poor service we received. Would never return to this overpriced, awful restaurant.

Great food! One of the best salads I’ve ever had! The place was packed but we had a reservation and got seated right away. The service was slow and the food took a LONG time to arrive but it was honestly worth the wait. I’d highly recommend… just make sure you have extra time & patience. You’ll be rewarded with some very tasty food! Side note … we didn’t order pizza but everyone that went by looked amazing! If we lived here I’d head back to try the pizza soon! Go! Enjoy! But make a reservation!!

Upon arrival we were greeted with an extremely busy restaurant, which isn’t normally an issue at all. We had made a reservation for 2 people and it was only down to luck that a couple had gotten up to sit outside that a table became free for us to sit down on. Again, wouldn’t be a problem normally, but not the sort of luck you should expect to get if you’ve made a booking. The gentleman, whom I can only assume was the manager, had greeted us and was very abrupt and borderline rude. They had taken 10 minutes to even bring menus and in that time hadn’t even take a drinks order from the table next to us. We decided that it wasn’t going to be for us as we already felt like we were inconvenient. We got up and left and enjoyed a more wholesome and warming meal elsewhere. They just felt as if they were trying to cram as many covers into one night as possible.

We booked this restaurant 2 weeks in advance for a party of 8. When we arrived there seemed to be a lot of very stressed staff who were speaking to each other in an aggressive way. We were taken upstairs and they had seated people at our table, so we waited whilst they tried to move them. They then tried to squeeze 8 of us on a table for 6. When we pointed out this was too small, the manager (we assume the manager as he was in a jacket rather than uniform) was SO rude. We got no apology, he insisted we could fit 8 of us round this table and said we either sit there or leave… even though this was not our fault. Still no apology we sat down, eventually they moved the other couple so we had sufficient space. Still no apology, acted like we were the issue for not wanting to squeeze 8 adults around a small table for a nice meal. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner for a mistake that was not our fault. Really got the meal off to a horrible start. The food was good, but took a very long time to come. Waiter was nice. Throughout the whole meal we were very aware of lots of very angry staff, they were all visibly arguing with one another, very unprofessional and ruined the atmosphere. Has great potential, shame about the horrendous staff.

The ambiance of this restaurant is great. However, the food was terrible. We ordered bruschetta and pasta and both were so tasteless. Avoid pasta here as it has no taste and overcooked.
