Our entire experience was ruined by our waitress. She was to busy with her boyfriend at the table across from us to even take our empty plates she never came back to check on us and we finally got her to take a few plates when we ordered desert. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food was OK. The chicken sandwich was very very spicy, but the waitress did get me a hamburger. The sandwich tasted like it had a whole jar of salt on. It was very salty. And I got a power card to play and I played for a long time and got a bunch of tickets probably several hundred and then I went to cash in my tickets and they said Every zero on there so I was very disappointed about that

We reserved a table and we were greeted with friendly service. The waitress was very polite and took our order pretty quickly. However we ordered the $60 unlimited card only to go play and it tells us we have no credits. We went to the manager and he went to the back for a few minutes and came back with a different card and said that it would work now but when we went to play it only had 15 credits on it so we left.

We were seated quickly. Our waitress was great. Didn't get to enjoy our food because my wife had an allergic reaction after the kitchen was told about her food allergy.

My daughter's 14th birthday was last Saturday. I waited too long to book a party so we decided to just get a reservation to eat and then play. We made 2 separate reservations for 7:00. One for 10 people, one for 8, as we figured all sitting together would be hard on a Saturday night and it wouldn't allow for that many in one reservation for that time. We got to the mall where Dave and Busters about an hour before our reservation and window shopped to kill time. We got to the host stand about 5 till 7:00. I was told I needed to wait for the other hostess to come back to the stand. Upon her getting back, she informed me that they do not allow for reservations on Saturday nights and it had been that way since they opened and there was no way to block the reservations from being made since it is a third party booking them. I was at a loss. We had a large party all there and I told them we had a reservation for 7:00. I asked the hostess who I should complain/write to as I know it is not her fault but I needed to voice my aggravation with someone. I spent many years in the service industry, I would never cop an attitude with someone just following what they were told, but this just seemed wildly unreasonable. We decided to go ahead and put our name down and were told they would try to get us in ASAP. I received the text confirming we were on the list at 7:04. We all started getting game cards to play while waiting. First of all the price for games is INSANE. We have 3 children and opted to get them the hour and a half unlimited and that ran us about $200. Just for the GAMES. We played out our hour and a half and we did enjoy ourselves. I kept checking for a text that our table was ready. It NEVER came. We decided to take our business to the Chili's across the street. We may go back at some point to play but will never eat there. To make things worse, my bf spoke to the GM shortly before we left and were told the hostess was incorrect. They DO take reservations on Saturday

The wait time for our food was over an hour and a half. We watched our food sit in the take out window under the heat lamp for over 10 minutes. We ordered burgers and wings. The waitress was very rude when it came to expecting a tip. She didn’t pre-bus the table at all.
