No table ready even tho we had a reservation. Food was dropped. My son had to eat my fries while we waited for his food to come out separately… our bill was over $300 … just not a good experience

First, they claimed no record of this reservation, even though we had the confirmation/proof. Instead of a table, we wound up having to sit at a high top in the bar area. That would’ve been fine, but in the span of forty minutes we had to track down a server, beg to put our orders in, and then the only things we got were our kids’ drinks with no straws, so they were undrinkable, and my husband’s beer which he ordered non alcoholic but was served an alcoholic beer! The server dropped these things and rushed away, not listening as we asked about the beer. When she never showed up with my drink, nor any indication of food…we told the front desk attendant about it and that we were leaving. While he apologized, it didn’t seem like anyone cared. Will not try to eat here again, which is too bad because we really wanted to let our kids use the rest of their game cards last night.

The entire staff was fantastic. From the host, to the servers, to the worker at the gift shop, everyone was very kind and gracious. The customer service is top notch. I was very impressed. We came with a big party (six people), and part of our party was 20 minutes late. The staff got us seated right away and patiently waited for the second half of our party to arrive. They then gave outstanding service despite us being a more difficult party to serve (we came with two fussy, active children). They were very kind and told the 5 year old happy birthday for her special day. They also offered us playing cards without us asking (we declined because we already had cards, but that was quite thoughtful of them). I tipped heavy because they deserved it. I would come to this location for dinner anytime. As far as the games, I found them to be wonderful as well. The space was exciting, had various types of games. There were physical games and virtual ones, and both were equally exciting. Every game that we saw was working and in great condition (I cannot say the same for all Dave & Buster’s locations). The cotton candy machine wasn’t working at the time we visited, but that was very minor considering that the kitchen offered many desserts. The prizes were nice and we had no issues exchanging our tickets for many nice items from the gift shop. I would recommend this location to both families and adult groups alike. We will be back the next time we’re in the area.

We went for Mother's Day, and even though we had a reservation and arrived on time, they had not held a table for us. Interestingly enough, they had a number of tables reserved in the section in which we were sat (as evidenced by the RSVP table tents in place). It took a long time for our food to come out, which can be expected on a holiday. My order was incorrect, and when it did arrive, it was unappealing. My advice: do not waste your money upgrading the Ultimate Mac & Cheese. The uncharge for the brisket was excessive for the miniscule amount of brisket provided.

Checking in at Dave and Buster's was not good at all. One person and they were scattered. Waiting a long time to get a table. After getting a table, our server was great and food was good and fun was had by all. Need new hostess and several people helping people when they arrive.
