Bathrooms in the back were disgusting. Men’s had standing water at the toilet and the left urinal. The right automatic sink did not work and the left paper towel dispenser did not work. My wife used the family assistant and the automatic sink in there did not work. She had to come out and re enter the women’s bathroom to rinse her hands. 100% unacceptable and WILL NOT be back. The service was excellent.

Had an advance reservation for 16. Sat our party next to a catered buffet event for a much larger party when there was other options in the eating area. There appeared to more servers in the bar area than the floor. The children had a good time.

There was 4 of us we were given only 2 sets of silverware. We asked for napkins never received them we had to get silverware off another table. The fries I ordered were so nasty they were overcooked hollow chewy and crunchy because they had been dipped more than once. My wings were cold and sauced in 2 different sauces when I only requested 1. The only thing that was good was the appetizer. The waiter wasn't rude but definitely wasnt paying attention and couldnt remember anything. I felt rushed especially after I asked for my fries to be remade. I normally just eat my food and dont complain but it was really bad. They also shorted me 2 wings. We paid for the play card with food and neither was worth it there were quite a few games down couldnt find employees to help. I found a phone took it to an employee and they gave me attitude about asking to leave it with them . Overall horrible experience

Our experience was great. We went to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday and they had a blast. The all day pass card was of great value and we got to add a meal for $4.99. That was an amazing deal.

Had a reservation for 9:45PM, get there checked in so we wait for our table just to be told it’ll be 30-45 mins before were even sat down at table and one hour just to get a server and order food. Granted only reason we came was to watch the UFC fights on the tv. Another 30 mins go by at this point we’ve been standing at the desk for almost two hours waiting for a table. Around 11:10 we finally get seated, Brandon our server made everyone’s night better after finally being able to sit

This is definitely a great place to watch a sporting event. Really good ambiance and massive TVs. Service was as to be expected during two major sporting events but overall we had a wonderful time.

Honestly, the food lacked flavor. The server was clearly shorthanded, which seems to happen often with their staff. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue, but there definitely appear to be problems with development and management.

Made a reservation ahead of time but waited 15-20 minutes for someone in management to tell me they would see what they could put together for us.

Food was ok, nothing spectacular. Portion sizes were small for the price. Our waitress, Monti, was fabulous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu. There were a LOT of under 18 kids running around, and into people, with no adult in sight. The staff at the redemption counter seemed bothered if you asked them a question or for assistance.
