We went out for my husband's birthday. We spent $190 and got the 2 of the ultimate play cards bc the waitress said it's good all day & for any games. Well thats a lie its only good for about half of the games. All the games the kids wanted to play they couldn't bc it wasn't included in the ultimate play cards. Definitely a waste of money.

First time there. Wasn't impressed at all. Tables and floor where dirty and sticky. Even the menu had some food leftovers on it. Service was ok but we had 2 tables next to us that was full of dirty dishes and did not get cleaned the entire 45 min we sat at our tables. Had the blackened chicken pasta. Sauce was nothing but grease so I assume it was reheated and only ate a little of it.. My son who had the same looked completely different no grease and nice creamy sauce. After that we just payed and left. Definitely nothing special or worth returning about Dave & Busters.

They didn’t have any soda, the chicken for the Caesar salad was terrible.. didn’t even look like chicken. The server wasn’t very knowledgeable.

We went had a great time. Only major down fall is how they charge for the dart table. Our family really wanted to spend an hour on darts. We had been on shuffle board. Darts is charged per person for 15 minutes.

Our waitress Sherrie was AMAZING!! She was very patient with our table of 8, 4 being very rambunctious kiddos, under the age of 5 I may add! She was very pleasant, friendly, and took care of our table in a very timely manner during what seemed to be a busy time.

Other than spending Family time, it was not the best place. Food was bland and games were not working properly, with no one around to fix them.

We came to Dave And Busters for their Valentines Day deal and we left feeling somewhat disappointed. I understand Dave And Busters is an arcade and that it was people mainly go for, however if you are going to advertise a Valentine's Day special with a meal, it would make sense to ensure servers were knowledgeable on how to serve a table in a timely manner. Our server seemed very new so I gave her some grace there, however I could see her on her phone periodically at the service well. My fiances drink also took 20 minutes to get to the table. The bar was not very busy while we were there so I am unsure of why it took so long. The food itself was okay. The fries were delicious but my fish was horribly overcooked. They also ran out of bananas for the Bananas Foster pie we ordered which seemed a little crazy to me. All in all our experience wasn't awful, but we won't be returning for food or bar experience.

Our waiter, Jay was amazing! He went above and beyond and he was very fun to be around! I unfortunately had my purse stolen at the end of the night and the staff/managers were all great at helping me get it back and calling the police so quickly! So overall I had an amazing night!
