The entire staff did this visit and the last several visits are doing a fantastic job. Staff is friendly and several visits to check on the patrons. The food has been hot and fresh and waiting times have been much faster than in the past. The management is visible and available to the customers. Just a few feedback items. Since this is Pittsburgh, can the Steelers game been shown on the Biggest, middle TV in the dining room vs the side wall TV? Also, can it be switched sooner on the game day. Practically missing kick off and also the D&B music is still on and can't hear the game announcers. Consider giving a appetizer again for completing these surveys or a $5-10 coupon off food.

This was our furst time at D&B. Our waitress was Phoenix and she was awesome explaining everything to us. We LOVED the large menu and all the Gluten-free food options! Great experience all around.

The hosts were able to seat me at my table 15 minutes early. The grilled steak salad was well prepared with fresh vegetables. I will return next time.

Came for US soccer - they had front sections closed - put us all the way by the games. Couldn’t hear the game or each other. Service was insanely slow. One of the members of my party waited almost an hour for his first order of wings

Service was fantastic. The servers are always very friendly. I love the menu because it always seems to have a good variety and no one ever complains there isn't something for them. And their cocktail selection is always a lot of fun.

Had an issue with the way the checks were split. Was told it could not be fixed which resulted in the server being overtipped because it included games play.

As always, D&B delivers on a fun atmosphere for the kids to play games. That said, our food came out ice cold and several missing sides. After asking the waiter again for the missing items, they finally came out 45 minutes later. Additionally, once the final bill arrived, they would only honor the price of the promo occurring for one person, even though at the beginning of the meal we specifically asked if the promo applied to everyone. After the General Manager arrived at the table to help, he implied we were uneducated for not reading the fine print. We asked him to just get our checks and get us out of there. He took another 45 minutes and didn’t even return, but sent another individual over to cash us out. As we were leaving, another table was arguing with the general manager over the same issue. Surprise! This establishment has zero training on customer service. I will NEVER attend again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away. Thanks for ruining a fun family night out!
