Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!
Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Nico Bakh is partial to a homey dish called lobio, a bean stew served in an imported Georgian pot, complete with a side of fermented vegetables and a Georgian cornbread called mchadi.

    Amazing food! So many great flavors without just being spicy. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and was great at providing recommendations for the table to share. Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Will be returning for date nights!

    Excellent little bistro serving authentic Georgian food. Atmosphere is casual and service is vert attentive. Their use of Eastern European spices and sauces is unmistakable and makes for a delicious meal! This is a go-back-to place for dates or social gatherings alike. We will be back!

    Wow. This place was amazing. I had no idea what I was walking into since I've never had Georgian food before but I was truly blown away by how delicious everything was. Do yourself a favor and go with a group so you can try everything :)

    We had a lovely experience! The food was absolutely excellent and so was the service. Music and ambiance were tasteful and relaxing.

    I took my girlfriend here for our 1 year anniversary and we both had an amazing time. The waitress described the whole menu and which dishes they were best known for and helped my pick out a very good wine. Amazing food and service and well priced for all the food and drinks and the bottle I took to go.

    This place is really great. The team there is super super friendly and they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The food is fantastic, better than in Georgia itself. We will go again in the future.

    The food is very close to authentic Georgian without any American style additions. Highly recommend if you have not tried any Georgian food before. But if you did or cook yourself you may find the chef putting a bit too much salt in all the dishes. IMHO appetizers were great, mtzvari were good but way overpriced, adjaruli were OK but also overpriced.

    It was amazing experience for 46th bday celebration ❤️🎉absolutely loved patio sitting and beautiful decor … my favorite childhood dishes were so tastefully prepared and presented… honey cake was most wonderful 🌺
