Wij eten hier altijd heerlijk. Altijd een verrassing wat er op het menu staat en de bediening is vriendelijk en professioneel! Wij kunnen hier zowel romantisch als gezellig en culinair eten met een ongedwongen en toch bijzonder verzorgde sfeer. Een aanrader voor iedere boourgondiër.

No doubt the best meal I’ve had in a few years. The chef has wonderful taste and his tasting menus are exquisitely executed. Our waitress, an owner, made our visit exceptionally special. 3 hours passed by and we were eager for more. 5 stars!

I was honestly very disappointed with this restaurant. The meal took 4 hours and we only got out of there in this time frame because we asked for the check before dessert came because we were OVER it. The dessert was the worst course that came, we should have just left before it. Each course was very average. Not blown away by anything, and for a 300 euro dinner i really expected more. Waitress really didn't explain each course very well. Also, they left the door open and we spent our date night fishing bugs out of our wine glasses, and looking at them swarming the chadelier. It did not have a fine dining feel at all. I would not come back and I would not spend your precious time in Amsterdam here.

This may have been the single best meal of my life! I have dined at several restaurants with Michelin stars, and I cannot imagine why this place does not have one yet. Every course was imaginative and brilliantly executed. Each bite combined the traditional flavors of the Netherlands with artistic flair. I am so grateful to have experienced Denc, Dik & Cunningham! Bravo!

This is a fantastic restaurant. My partner and I had a wonderful time and we dined in style thanks to the amazing service and the fabulous food. The chefs menu was stunning, especially the Seabass course. We left the venue giddy and completely satisfied. It made our recent visit to Amsterdam a most memorable one.

Food portions were very generous and wine pairings were excellent. Service was exceptional with friendly servers. Since 1 or 2 of our group of 6 doesn’t take beef, pork or lamb, the meals for everyone had to be standard without these meats.

Food and pairings were great. So fun to have a 5 or 6 course meal and not order, but be surprised. We talked so long. Our meal adventure lasted almost 4 hours. You will not leave hungry or thirsty!

Very quaint restaurant w personal service and great food. The menu is all set w no a la carte options but each of our 4 courses was wonderful. It is rather small space and feels like a neighborhood restaurant. It was a perfect non-touristy ending for our stay in Amsterdam.

From the first email to book to paying the bill, the whole experience was bliss. Emma sorted me the perfect table. I mentioned it was my partners birthday and when we arrived the table was decorated beautifully. The food was excuisite, the wine complimented the menu perfectly. One of the best dining experiences ever. Can't recommend highly enough.

The menu offers options for 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 course meals, but there are few choices. Add duck pate, switch out a cheese course for dessert, that's it (IIRC). Then it is up to the chef to surprise you. Picky eaters may have an issue. For me though, one of the best and most memorable meals I have had!

We had absolutely wonderfull dinner at this place. WE arrived early, the place was closed and we had to walk around the block a few times, in rainy weather, to kill the team. We were asking ourselves, if it was worth it... Oh, well, it totally was. Absolutely amazing food. We had the gaming menu. we are foody couple and tried various restaurants around the world. this is one of the best!!! Wine pairing was terrific as well.

This was one of the best dinners we have ever had anywhere in the world. Emma Lu was outstanding as hostess, bartender, server and coat check. She handled the entire front of the house and exceeded ours and every other diner's expectations. A true pro. And the food prepared by her husband/chef Johan was absolutely delicious. We did the 4 course tasting and loved every plate. From the presentation to the intricate layers of tastes and textures it was simply a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend you dine here when in Amsterdam.

Not expecting anything except just like a typical restaurant, this was really nothing like that. The menu is based on fish, game, poultry and meat with either 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 courses and all of them were fantastic. The meals come with wine by the glass or by the bottle, we were all thoroughly impressed the staff there were super nice and we left with big smiles on our faces. Reservations are must, you won’t regret it.

Intimate place for a pre fixe dinner. We had an early pre-theater menu. Since the curtain was at 7 we didn’t have the usual amount of time. Mme Cunningham was very attentive and served us well. Dinner was fabulous with inventive and delicious courses and wine.

Oh my. What a meal. Tiny restaurant. Neighborhood location. Amazing menu that is very heavy on wild game. Everything was delicious. Great wine recommendation. Popular with the theater crowd, so it clears out as showtime approaches. Intimate, quiet. Experiences like this do not come without a price. It is expensive- but I can't remember what we ate. I can't remember what we paid. In the end, we will definitely return and keep it on the short list in Amsterdam.

Loved this place! We did the five course dinner with a half dozen oyster starter. Everything was well explained and the hostess was very inquisitive, sweet and knowledgeable. Especially brilliant on the wine pairings! Magnifique! Dessert presentation and selection was soooo good too!
