   Probably the best earls experience I have ever had. But to be honest, I don’t really expect that much from earls from my past visits. The service was very great and unexpected. From clearing any garbage on our table, to dirty plates, checking on drink refills, the whole team worked together to help better my experience. The service team was nice and friendly and our server was great. The food was pretty good. We tried the new dip, which was really good. Our other dishes were alright, but nothing special. But overall, really great and surprising visit!

   Restaurant was super busy, we were seated on time, service was excellent. Food came quickly and was perfect. Only issue was the noise level, found it hard to carry on a conversation.

   Third time at this new Earls. Nice decor throughout. Busy on each of my visits. We were well looked after by Kolby, server extraordinaire! Earls is lucky to have her on staff. She looked after us throughout the meal and was so very pleasant to deal with. Food was good although the Crunchy Prawn Tacos left us hungry. Ordered and enjoyed the Tropic Thunder Pizza.

   Loved the new location. Staff was clearly a bit green, but made the best of things and very personable...as is the Earl's style. We'll be back! (Note to Mgmt...time to think about rolling some prices back though. People are finding it hard out there!)

    The service and food was really good!!! The crab cakes where absolutely delicious! However it was really too loud to have a conversation felt like I was lip reading half the time. The restaurant was busy but wasn’t packed. The music play list was good but unfortunately that was all I could hear. I don’t think I would be returning to the restaurant for a lunch were I wanted to catch up with friends. Maybe pop in for a quick drink and snack … because the food was really good.

    Our hamburgers were very good, I like parking free while I eat. And appreciate that we could bring cupcakes into the restaurant for a family birthday. Our server was Evan, he was very attentive and helpful.

    Didn’t tell us about 1hr and 30minutes of dining time until we sat down for more than 20minutes. Staff took away my unfinished drink while i was in the middle of conversation. I wouldve appreciated it, if she asked. We were pressured to leave every 10 minutes or so by different members of the staff. Let us know next time about 1hr 30minutes before sitting so we’re prepared rather than surprising us in the middle of the service.

    Wanted to check out the new Earles at Brentwood. Booked reservations in the “dining room”. Very busy, service was prompt and normal. Nothing to rave about. The food was normal, again nothing to really call out. My biggest complaint is about the level of noise! Between the loud music and the fact that the restaurant is open with no walls, the noise was almost to the point that my wife and I were yelling at each other. Not a very pleasant experience. I want to enjoy my meal with some conversation. I get it that this is not fine dining but really????

    Went for my friend's birthday and noted it in the reservation. They didn't offer a free dessert (I thought this was standard?) and then the waitress awkwardly told us we needed to leave after 2 hours even though we were still interested in ordering more drinks.

    My friend and I had not visited Brentwood since its recent renovation. While we typically frequent Joeys when we venture out from New West, we wanted to try someplace different, and we were impressed! The premises and location were exceptional, and our server, Hayli, was exemplary. She displayed remarkable attentiveness and provided insightful responses to our numerous inquiries, making her one of the best servers we have encountered in quite some time, regardless of location. Moreover, we were fortunate to encounter a manager visiting from Miami who was equally attentive and informative. We took the opportunity to suggest a few local attractions for him to visit before he departs the area. While several people touched our table during our visit, we would like to highlight Hayli and the visiting manager as particularly notable contributors to our experience. We look forward to returning in the near future.

    We had 5 people and were seated toward the back by the kitchen. Booth with small round table and two chairs on other side. Way too crowded to enjoy yourself with eating and drinking. Never seat 5 people in these booths terrible.

    I'm not fully sure what our server's name was but I believe it was either Dan or Dean(?) that had my table on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Earls Brentwood in the morning. He was absolutely phenomenal with taking care of my father and his birthday meal with my family while ensuring any food allergies were taken care of. It was a lovely experience and an impressive modern interior - I will definitely be back for future birthdays and simple get-togethers with friends now as the ambiance was fantastic!

    Hi, Our experience was great! The reason why I rate 4 stars is my partner's birthday dessert plate didn't come : ( I requested online and also called you guys in advance to make sure you could do that as a surprise. The person on the call said yes. But, never mind! The new Earls look really nice and fancy. Our server was very friendly. Thank you.
