    Disappointed that food didn’t come out at the same time. No explanation just 5 minutes, at least, for the salmon to show up.

    Food disappointing. Steak tough and overdone. ($$$). Ordered a takeout burger ($$)and discover when opened at home bottom of bun charred to point of being inedible. Not up to Earl’s usual standard.

    After some confusion about the time we'd booked (a wee problem with AM & PM) we had a great brunch at Earl's Tin Palace. The food was great as we always expect. The first order of fries were not very warm but that's the first time we've ever had the slightest nit to pick. Eggs & bacon wonderful and the sourdough toast is a fav. the Eggs Benedict with the shaved ham was fantastic too. We are what you might call Earls fans.

    Our experience was excellent- Danielle, our server was outstanding. Food was delicious and this location of earls is beautiful. Incredibly flexible with accommodating modifications.

    Lunch on a Wednesday. Service was slow, taking 2 hours from start to finish. After seating, it was 20 minutes before our order was taken, then another 30 before it was delivered. Food was, as always, very good. Earls consistently provides excellent meals, and almost always provides prompt service. I hope this time was an anomaly.

    The waitress we had was awful, rude and lazy. It took her an hour to follow up if we wanted a second drink and to take our food order. Then everyone order came out … I ordered a margarita pizza which came out with no basil. No one told me they ran out of basil , so I had to ask for the menu to see what else I could order. I still had to pay for my meal, I was only given a side salad for free. The waitress never apologized or anything! I did ask to speak to a supervisor who was kind but still the lack of customer service was appalling!!
