I’ve dined at Earls - Square One on several occasions, and while I appreciate the food and atmosphere, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to service consistency. During our most recent visit, our server passed by our table several times before taking our order. Our food also arrived before we were offered water or any beverages, which was surprising, as drinks are typically served before the meal. Additionally, whenever we needed assistance or wanted to order something else, it often took at least 20 minutes for our server to return. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I appreciate the hard work that goes into providing good service. However, a little more attentiveness, timely follow-ups, and better coordination would make a significant difference in the overall dining experience. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management can address these areas, as I genuinely believe Earls Square One has the potential to provide a much better and more enjoyable experience for its guests.

Excellent service and yummy food, but we are so sad that Earls is discontinuing the sticky toffee pudding dessert. This was always our go to dessert when visiting Earls, in fact was the highlight of the occasion and we will most certainly miss it on our next visit.

It’s a nice location in terms of the vibe, but service was pretty slow and the food got cold very quickly.

Shanice was absolutely fantastic, she brought us waters and refills before we could ask for them, she paid attention to our cups. I loved how friendly she was, she was great to talk to and made our experience great. The food was fantastic as always, love the Cajun blackened chicken and toffee chocolate cake. Really sad to hear that it's being taken off the menu. Glad I got to enjoy it and have such a memorable experience while eating it.

They had no mid range whisky, earlier in the year they would always be out of the only red wine on their happy hour. Yesterday they were out of whisky they only had Johnny walker blue which is 30$ a shot and then some low tier jb. Need to do a better job forecasting. Other than that aspect the server was great and service was great

Food was good, as always. Service was excellent. Ambiance was just ok because it is noisy and difficult to hear a conversation if there are more than four people or if someone is hard of hearing.
