El Chalan

Over dit restaurant

El Chalan serves typical Peruvian cuisine for lunch and dinner with a take-out option available. Start out with a shrimp chowder flavored with rice, egg and spices or a Peruvian style chicken salad. Move on to a house specialty like the filet mignon served with rice and a mushroom sauce or the tilapia, served either fried or poached, topped with a creamy shrimp sauce. Other specialties include the sautéed chicken served with fried potatoes, onion and tomatoes or the fried beans and rice that is topped with a creamy seafood sauce.
