El' Eat is a New American restaurant with a bit of Russian inspiration thrown in. The interior of the restaurant is elegantly decorated, with several crystal chandeliers hanging throughout the dining area. The tables are surrounded with comfortable overstuffed chairs and each centerpiece has a small candle. El' Eat is the perfect restaurant for an intimate and romantic evening out. El' Eat's appetizers include truffled Olivier salad, house smoked lox, tuna tartare, smoked trout, smoked Muscovy duck breast, pickled herring and a tomato jar with marinated and picked plum tomatoes. Some of El' Eats signature entrŽes are the Scottish salmon, pan seared Chilean sea bass, beef stroganoff, lamb chops, veal Milanese and a locally caught whole fried snapper.
