We arrived to a warm welcome and was greeted by my name which was a lovely touch. We had a table at the window and the restaurant was bright and airy and bigger than it looks from the outside. We ordered 3 starters all which were delicious, mussels with feta, spicy dip and spinach pies. We then has a nice break before our main courses of stiffado and the meat was so tender it melted in your mouth and youvetsi which was also delicious. This was washed down with a lovely bottle of Cypriot wine Orthello. The whole experience was very relaxed and my friend and would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back and I also plan to take my husband there next weekend

I came to Elia for a joint family birthday and I was not disappointed. From walking into the place I immediately was struck by the numbers of staff available, a refreshing sight! I felt that each and every one of my servers paid great attention to our table with good character to match. I was delighted with both the value and quality of the meal, my dad and I had the 4 course set taster meal platter, a little bit of everything which is what I like. I was particularly impressed with the moussaka and the baklava. And it was all topped off with a lovely cappuccino. Great staff, great food, great venue. I'll definitely be coming back for another great meal!

My friends and I have been there now 3 times and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very attentive but not overbearing. The food was fantastic as always. It is good value for money and I would highly recommend it!!

This is the second time i have eaten here. Both times the staff are friendly attentive and give good recommendations on what to order. The Mezze option they provide is amazing value for money and means you get to try a mix of dishes and honestly it is worth trying lots of their food as its all beautifully cooked and presented.

Went to Elia for the first time for my husbands birthday .....he chose Greek. We had a lovely meal and the staff could not have been any more attentive to us and out 10yr old daughter. Great menu with lots of choice. The only downside .......I booked through Open Table ,3 or 4 days prior to reservation,and the restaurant had no record of our reservation when we arrived. Luckily,we were seated within 5 minutes or so. Would definitely go back!

As always our lunch was great. We had Stefado and Greek burgers they were a bit spicey but lovely.It is such a change to have fire with meals instead of chips all the time.The staff are always friendly and will help you pick if you are having trouble making your mind up.

Had a wonderful meal with my family on a recent visit to Glasgow. Staff were very friendly and the food was very authentic. Will definitely go again when in Glasgow.

Booked on internet, place looked OK when we got their. Ordered beef and was served veal, which we were told "was Greek version of beef". From then on the waiting staff, apart from one young lady, continued to mutter at us when near our table. When leaving were totally ignored and waiter made a point of thanking the couple behind us as they left. One to be avoided.

Table booked for 16.45, restaurant was not busy when we arrived but filled up within 20 minutes. Our order for main courses only was taken fairly quickly but after being there for one hour and watching other people who arrived after us getting their food we had to ask where our food was. It was then served within 5 minutes. We were a party of eight and most of us found our food was only warm. We did not send it back as we were catching a train home and could not afford another wait. Some of the food was not as described on the menu.
