Our server, Dave was so attentive and informative. Thank you staff (Shannon - thanks for the special care) for making our anniversary so special!

                                      We were a group of 8, made a mistake in reservation, wrong date. But the staff accommodated us and they were very nice and helpful. Service was amazing and food was great. Ambiance is even more important than food for me and it exceeded my expectations.

                                      We have visited Elora Mill more than once, and overall, this place has always impressed us with its beautiful design, unique atmosphere, and stunning views of the water. The restaurant interior is absolutely beautiful, and the location itself is truly special. I also really appreciate that they offer visitor parking at a reasonable price, especially because parking in Elora can be very challenging. Unfortunately, this visit left me quite disappointed, mainly because of the service. We were not very hungry that day as we had recently eaten, so we decided to order only a dessert and enjoy a glass of wine while spending time in such a beautiful setting. However, after our server realized we were only ordering dessert, the level of attention seemed to change. Our dessert took a very long time to arrive, while we noticed other tables that arrived later and were ordering full meals were being served much faster. Eventually, another server was asked to take care of our table while our original server focused on other guests. Once the dessert arrived, everything felt rushed — we were quickly asked if we wanted another drink and then shortly after were asked about the bill. Another moment that made me uncomfortable was seeing water glasses being refilled from different bottles in front of guests. Regardless of the situation, this type of preparation should be handled away from the dining area, as it affects the overall impression of a high-end restaurant. For a place with this level of pricing and reputation, the service should match the beautiful surroundings and experience they are trying to create. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations, and I left feeling disappointed. I truly love the location and the ambience of Elora Mill, but after this experience, I am not sure if I would return.
