Over dit restaurant

EMILY restaurant is owned and operated by husband and wife team Matt and Emily Hyland who are serving American cuisine with a predominant focus on New York-New Haven inspired style pizza. We are a small spot in the heart of Clinton Hill, and we work to procure local, seasonal ingredients from small vendors as well as take care to do the little things like make our mozzarella and ricotta fresh, in house everyday and mix our pizza dough by hand. We hope to see you soon!

the pizza and burger were AMAZING. Went with a group of 8 so we were able to make a reservation ahead of time. We split 5 pizzas and 4 burgers between all of us and every single pizza we tried was incredible. Service was very fast and pizzas came one after the other

I've been to Emily four times now and have had great experiences each time. My last trip was with a group of 6 and we made a reservation for 5:30 (a little early but skipped the wait) and got a great "chef's table" by the pizza oven, in the kitchen. Emily was in the kitchen that night and was super friendly, the pizza was delish and she gave us an extra the kitchen had made by accident. Such a fun night, my group of 6 all picked one of the dishes as the best they ever had between the banana pudding, chicken wings, and colony pizza. Definitely recommend Emily! Request the table by the oven if you have a big group!

Amazing pizzas and salads. I don't eat meat, but I am told the burger is to die for as well. Highly recommend!!

Emily was packed when we walked in on a Saturday night at 9:45-vibrant and a tad noisy. That said we had a table in the kitchen because we were a group of 8 and it was perfect because we were able to watch all the pizzas being made and it wasn't nearly as loud. The pizzas were absolutely superb. Thin crusts, a great assortment of red, pink and white pizzas, unusual ingredients, usual ingredients-something for everyone. Hands down the best pizza I've had in a while. The beer and wine selection was also great. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the neighborhood and anyone looking for a special place with superb food. (remember-if you don't like noise-this place is not for you)

Had my birthday celebration there with a group of 9 and enjoyed every bit of it. All of us having different pizzas allowing for fun delicious sharing. I highly recommend Emily!
