Overall the experience was good. Downfall is our service was not good. Our waitress rarely asked how we were doing, took forever to get what we asked for, so much that we had to wave down another server who was very apologetic. After that the service was fair…I would definitely give this place another shot.

We made a reservation weeks in advance, only to have it canceled a few days before because you didn't know of the game. If you can’t honor reservations during big events, don’t accept them in the first place. It’s an unprofessional way to treat customers. You’ve lost our business, and I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

My reservation for 8 was canceled on June 30th because of the Mexico game but I made the reservation for the Mexico game and a birthday. Two weeks ahead time the day of I get a email stating my reservation was confirmed had people coming from out of town even arrived 1 hour early to check in just to be told by the guy at the front door they are not honoring any reservation that day . Well then why did u let me make a reservation? I’am in the industry and I know that that’s not how things should work . Not even an apology or any remorse. I will not spend my money there anymore and neither will my friends.

Decided to try this restaurant out for Mother’s Day after seeing their ad on Instagram. Food and vibe was great but the service could’ve been better. I don’t blame the workers as much as I will hold the business accountable. I understand a day like Mother’s Day is very busy but businesses should anticipate and staff accordingly to serve all patrons sufficiently.

We had a 9:45 reservation that they confirmed and when we got here at 9:34 they told us they were closed. Why confirm the reservations then?
